110 is deffo head gasket blowing temperature. Id be worried that your fan isnt kicking in. You sure you not an air lock? whats the colour of the coolant like? is your heater still blowing hot air?

Im sure ive seen this car outside a car audio place in White Hart Lane SW14, has it got hydraulic suspension.... this one... Im sure a rev limiter wasnt put there so some muppet could repeatedly bounce off it!

Did think about that mate, but no the air con is off most of the time, and its off when i took the vids

im convinced its not big end shells. My previous zed blew its big ends, and the noise is no where near as metallic or invasive as big end rattle

when you get above 3 - 3.5k rpm you cant really hear it because the overall noise of the engine takes over, but it is still there. It seems to be at its most audbile at tickover and between 2k and 3k rpm

Guys, my engine has developed a new noise, and i cant tell what it is or where it is coming from. It started off as a very intermittant noise, but is becoming more and more frequent. Ive taken a few videos, one from inside the car, and one searching around the engine bay. The noise does not get louder when put under load but the speed of the rattle increases with engine speed. Im pretty sure it coming from the front half of the engine and is louder on the drivers side. Have a listen and tell me what you think

How long you been riding for mate? If your just coming back into riding, please please please take some rideouts with the AIM to refresh your skills. Ive seen too many mates ge back on a performance bike and hurt themselves. Ive ended up taking them out for refreshers after they have healed instead of before. If your still and active rider, good on you. I rode my mates 07 R6, and it a complete nutter. It almost feels wierd holding the revs for soo long. Im used to my FireBlade relatively small rev range at a measly 12000 rpm, kept feeling like i was about to hit the limiter and kept forgetting i had another 4500 revs to go :D

I think you need to check some of your terminology there fella, because you cannot adjust the amount of boost your turbos generate via the blow off valve! Secondly, instead of hijacking an old thread, how about starting a new thread, introduce yourself and try and use some sort of structure to your thread, so we can clearly understand what you are trying to say. youve not accidentally hit the front fog light switch have you? I nudged mine accidentally when i was re wiring my gauges, and the warning chime was going off and it looked like the side lights were on, but the knob was on the off position. Took me ages to notice the little LED on the switch.
