  1. Thats what we would like to be the main focus of the event. So many of us are effected by cancer, and in recent events myself is included for the 5th time in my family, with the my dad recently dying from cancer. Its something i would really like to remind people when this event comes into conversation! Good man pete
  2. Such sad news. My thoughts with all the family
  3. The blackberry storm seems to be getting good reveiws
  4. Click on the link for the attendees thread on the first post and add your name fella. Nothing more than that is needed at the moment
  5. As far as im aware mate, final prices are yet to be confirmed. But to give you an idea, last years event was priced as follows. Camping: £13 per car, per night (£5 one off charge also taken on entrance to the field, which is donated to charity , ie: £18 for one night, £31 for 2 nights) £12 single day (£10 payable on the gate to Billing Aquadrome, £2 taken on entrance to the field, which is donated to charity). I expect the prices to be similar to these, but dont hold me to it as nothing has been set in stone :D
  6. Probably best to ask Kim mate, i would have thought so being a national meet
  7. We have more space than last year, two whole fields to be precise as opposed to the one of last z008. There will be segrated areas for the different clubs, but at the moment, we dont foresee any problems when it comes to space
  8. You talking about the carwash in drag, or just in general. Im certainly not planning on doing the carwash in lycra, itll show off all my wobbley bits :x:
  9. Fellow Zedders, It has become apparent that even though some of the members who have put their name down for Z009 dont know too much about the event itself. The purpose of this thread is for members to ask what ever questions they feel they want answering that related to Z009. Firstly, the obvious stuff. Its being helds held at Billing Aquadrome on the 8th till the 11th of may. As well as holding another national meet for zed owners, the other aim for the meet is to raise money as a donation to Cancer Research UK, including a car wash in drag and Karting. If any one has any questions about Z009, post here and I will do my best to answer the questions, and if i cant, i will ask the relevant people. OR You can do a google search for Z009 OR Here is the attendees list if you havent already added your name. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=119725 Here is a link to one of the charitable events at Z009 - Carwash http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=120792 Cheers Z009 crew.
  10. you will probably have bent some of the brackets behind the bumper at the very least. Personally if it was me, id take the bumper off and see whats been bent
  11. Currently running Michelin Pilot Sport 2's, seem very good so far in all conditions. Other recomendations would be Bridgestone RE050 and Goodyear Eagle F1's, ive ran both, both very good tyres
  12. Cheers to everyone who braved the cold weather and came out to play. I hope you enjoyed yourselves and i hope to see you at another meet in the future

  18. Dont forget that just because the intercoolers are large in size means they are any good. You also have to think about the internal design of the 'cooler. Something like this (Godspeed) Is going to be nowhere near as efficient at cooling air as something like this (HKS) as you can see, the difference between the fins on the inside of the cooler are fairly different. The HKS has got nearly double the amount of fins as the Godspeed, which equals double the amount of surface area, which in turn makes it far more efficient at cooling even though its a smaller unit. I have a pic somewhere of the internals of a Stillen SMIC for the zed, which again has easily double the amount of fins of the HKS
