Planning a Road Trip
Finally got Auto Route up and running. Anyway anyone got any more suggestions of where to go???
-
Announcement!!!!
congrats bud, maybe she can pay for your shagged turbos

More running problems....
As much as i can see where your coming from, i dont think this is the case. Theres just not enough key symptoms to point towards a shagged turbo. Dave, i take it the motor revs freely all the way to the red line, but is simply not boosting, and other than that, theres nothing else out of the ordinary??? Do the turbos sound likes theyre "trying" to boost and not getting up any steam? Almost sounds like a huuuuuuuuuuge boost leak to me. Cant see how its anything electrical as the ECU has no control over the boost

Question of the day after the next day... but a day late...
Futile.... I Think Not! I think you know that the Zed IS as sports car that just happens to be a competant GT as well, DONT YOU!!!

Question of the day after the next day... but a day late...
Actually, just thinking about it, why ISNT it a zed car???? Ive never seen any "deffinition" of what makes a zed car. If its as what athene said, that its a series of SPORTS cars released by nissan. Then the 300zx falls into that catagory. I would agree that it isnt the "purest" of the Z range, but it IS a zed none the less! You cannot deny the Logic, RESISTANCE IS FUTILE

Question of the day after the next day... but a day late...
All ill say is that if the 300Zx ISNT a zed car, then neither is the 350Z!

4th Jan 08 The Phoenix Inn, Hartley Wintney
Peeps, I know this is short notice, but a mate of mine has organised a Jap Meet at the Phoenix Inn, Hartley Wintney on the 4th January 2008. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=RG27+8RT We're expecting a good turnout from a couple of local Jap car clubs and a few from the GTROC. The evening is due to start at around 1800 hours. It has a large car park and has quite a substantial reputation for car club meets in the Hampshire area, and the Land Lord is a top bloke and a total Petrol Head. Hopefully it would be nice to have a few zeds down there. Let me know if your interested. Nick

Police Pay - Your opinions
Mmmm, curious. Ive got a mate who works at Feltham Young Offenders, and he told me that they could. The only people who cant strike BY LAW is the police. Yeah i understand that other people would face repercussions for striking (Gross Misconduct etc) but nothing is written in law to say they cant
-
Police Pay - Your opinions
THe police is different, because EVERY example of other services are ALLOWED to strike, We are NOT! If they dont like theyre pay and working conditions, they can take industrial action, WE CAN NOT! How many times do i have to say this!

Planning a Road Trip
Yeah, 2 weeks was the sort of time i was looking to spend doing it. I think that would give us enough time to see what we want to see. TBH i dont think we'd stay too long at the Millay Bridge, and spend a fair bit of time at the ring and Stelvio. I also think that the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, and possibly Lake Geneva may well be making there way onto the list

Planning a Road Trip
Peeps, Im planning a Driving Holiday/Road Trip for 2009. So far i have chosen 4 places i REALLY want to go to: 1: Le Mans 24hr 2: Millau Bridge 3: Stelvio Pass and surrounding roads 4: The NurburgRing This is pretty much the route i have got so far, which makes quiet a nice circuit. http://routeplanner.rac.co.uk//showrouting.php?map24_sid=SzDyMAm4bGGZ2DLMdXfdwYzxfAF2c2yo8zw/cZHerx/TcqjdIzgNWkYmfjjstVrYeNJxaoX15ueUToIXqpuFUA&t=52999dcd00c1134c04bbd9f3b675c28c Now what i want to ask you educated types, where else is worth visiting. The whole purpose of the trip is the "Driving Experience", nothing but gorgeous roads in a nice car. Now this plan is very much in its infancy, so any suggestions are welcome. Nick
