leave the box in! its easy you undo the bolts reachable basicaly everything from 6 oclock around to 9 o clock when engine hoist is connected and crossmember dropped you can then get to the bolts around the top with a long 14mm spanner done! (gordon ramsey style)

looking at your avitar darren about bodging you did tdo the thing up didnt you :wack: its not common on 300s unless the bolt was left lose then with engine rotation it has shaken off :shock: luckily you noticed as it drives the waterpump aswell, could of been new engine :( get it back on mate, and torque it up!
