  1. z-tech offer a rebuilt autobox with much stronger components and will last alot longer than the stock one,if its an import make sure you have an aftermarket oil cooler as the stock j-spec one isent up to the job have a look in the trader section under z-tech if you wanted any further advice,good luck anyhow greg
  2. nah not the right van bud,we have an old renault extra van in white,for transporting engine parts to the engineers etc so not us :D

  5. most important things to check tension,cracks,fraid belt,shiny belt indicates wear,worn teeth on the belt is not good and can possibly cause the belt to jump of the sprockets which can not only mess the timing up but at worse cause severe engine damage as said if you are unsure of when the belt and tensioner was replaced get it done,its a small price,compared to an engine rebuild
  6. i think there pants,the idea is to make gearchanges more positive/quicker if you like,except the effort you have to put in to change gear makes it no better IMO

  11. yeh the e46 m3 is some motor but a modded 300 would do it on the straights

  17. yep john is a top bloke,and has a very good knowledge of mapping fueling etc and general z help ;)
  18. is it when you get to a certain speed,if so you can remove the wire to the chime box,IIRC remove the hood that goes over the steering wheel 2 screws,look to the back and there is a little black box,pull the green wire out,insulate it,no more chime :D
  19. when i did a search for car insurance,there wasnt a check option for NA so i presumed all na and TT were same insurance group :confused:

    i think there only availabe from the US but ask chris at getGReddy in the traders section as he sources stuff from the US i had the kyb AJX ajustable shocks but there not coilovers
