check the front suspension for any movement,i would start if the engine has been out and the UJ has not been correctly setup with wheel alignment at higher speeds it will be more sensitive and at lower speeds not that noticable, drive at low speeds in a straight line and check if the car veers of slightly say over 100m then remove steering wheel and set it up

  5. you will be surprised how long water/condensation will sit in the exhaust for!it can some times sit in there a fair old while even when up to temp, then just bellow out so try not to get to carried away with what people have said above!if your worried do a test on the HG

  7. are you getting a burning smell? the clutch has ajustment but if its slipping id imagine you either have a rear crank seal leak,or the plate has worn down the nothing,so new clutch needed im afraid.rps sport is the one to go for ideal for running additional boost aswell, dont go oem it wont last v.long
  8. the cooler it is the more dense the air is,the better the performance and less chance of detonation if your car runs better when its hot,i should imagine its because you live in wales or something

  18. if the bearings are fine there fine! reusing pistons is fine so long your replacing the rings which you are! as long as the heads are checked and the block, and making sure all the valves are ok,and new valve stem oil seals are replaced along with all related gaskets then it will be good. an engine rebuild is not just relied on the fitter, the engineer who checks tolerances is just as vital if not more so!!! as for the bearings, these can be done in situ, with the crossmember dropped and sump removed etc,so in worst case scenario this can be done just fine!but i agree dont scrimp whilst the engine is out. greg
  19. last 2 zeds we have fitted decats, have smoked within 10mins of fitting and running,so unless you have £1500-2000 spare i wouldnt bother
  20. they are not likely to increase performance but they may improve electrics like starting, and with a good ground it can save your h.matrix,a poor grounding can send small electrical currents through the cooling systym and could lead to damaging the alluminium core on the matrix itself, not 100% positive but apprantly its true? but should cure your static shocks of the car body :)
  21. no bellhousing is differant, and they use differant prop shafts :(
