3/16" pipe as you say and iirc the connectors are m10x1.00

The wheels are the Vauxhall Snowflakes and they do seem to be popular wheels in vectra community. Carmad, they look great on GSi's :yes:

My one was going to a hard line tree on the bottom of the rad. Will either remove it all or get a manual rad. thanks for the help.

You can get them from Zcentre on the web, or Mike at MJP, one of our traders should be able to get you them.

Just had a proper look and, the coolant rad is also cooling the autobox, not the engine oil as I first thought :blush: So I don't have to do anything.

No worries mate, iirc the tap set I used was m6x1.25. I got a cheap set from ebay for about a tenner.
