  1. It's worth a go. Can't hurt.
  2. It'll be fine there mate :)
  3. Did you reset the ECU before you tested again?
  4. Code 13 is Engine coolant Temp sensor, broken wire/sensor etc.. Code 34 is DET sensor. You will get this as the resistor is on the wrong part of the harness as you said. HTH
  5. I use a contact cleaning spray that's slightly acidic. It bubbles away all the crap and leaves the connectors nice and shiny again.
  6. Mines next to the battery on the inner wing.
  7. no mate, the standard wheels are only 16" so you'll have plenty of room :)
  8. Don't have any for sale but I can confirm that they will fit :)
  9. Actually it goes to the PRVR :smartass:
  10. Do they all share a common ground wire? If so then maybe it's being a bit intermittent.
  11. I'm trying to find a thread about correcting the fitment of the 99 spec gear knob. It tells you how to fix it if when screwed on fully it doesn't line up properly. All I can find is either people selling cars (get this with every search I do!) or asking if "this will fit" Anyone able to help? Cheers steams
  12. It must be the A/C ecu doing it then. Don't what the consequences would be if you unplugged it though. Maybe give it a go and see?
  13. Have you unplugged the condenser from the loom?
  14. Have checked all the relevant fuses? What happened when it failed? i.e. a loud bang, came on gradually etc..
  15. That's what I'm thinking too, it's time to get on the phone mate.
  16. Thought you would have, but had to ask :) Don't know what would have caused it. Gutted for you mate.
  17. That sucks mate. Probably teaching you to suck eggs, but did you prime the tubs with oil before starting the engine?
  18. Lee, have a look in the faq section. Groover put some coloured wiring diagrams in there. That's what I used, it's just a case of tracking the wires. Edit: it's section E-12 you need.
  19. Jeff, Isn't it the black (white) line that goes to the starter solenoid?
  20. From what I can work out; Black- yellow st goes to the fuse box Black- red st goes to the ECCS control unit pin 45 and a Grnd fuse link HTH
