  1. That's great news mate, really chuffed for you. Must be a huge weight off.
  2. that's cool then :) cheers buddy.. See I can be nice. lol PS. Cool ref to The Floyd in your sig. respect :gunsmilie:
  3. The Japspeed decats do fit auto's but you might need to do a little fettling. Apparently some people have had issues with the auto box oil pan fouling on the pipes. However the majority have not had any problems.
  4. Just got my new alarm delivered (TOAD Ai606) but now I don't know whether I should Install it myself or get a authorised dealer to do it? I am capable of installing it but will this invalidate the Thatcham approval with Insurance companies? What have you lot done with your TOADs?
  5. No worries mate. Nissan are as cheap as anywhere for the strip. MJP in the traders section can get you one. :)
  6. lol. Ideally you will need the perspex strip, behind it the car has large hollows and it would just look like something's missing. You can get the perspex strip with the brake light fitting installed, so the light stays where it is but shines through the perspex. HTH
  7. Aww, cheers mate :) iirc coolant capacity is around 10l for a full flush.
  8. I was right first! :tt2:
  9. yeah, yeah you were just trying to steal rep.
  10. what are you? my parrot!!!
  11. Stick to DOT4 it's better than 3. The only reason DOT3 was used in the zed is that DOT4 wasn't around then. Since you have rebuilt the callipers you may as well flush the fluid for new as well. HTH
  12. Does seem very cheap for an engine pull and respray...
  13. Del, Have you had your insurance check the car over? If not I would seriously get it checked by a bodyshop before deciding to rebuild. There may be structural damage to the frame that would make the car dangerous. Hopefully there isn't but it's best to be sure mate.
  14. It's spelt come mate, that spelling means something else
  15. Aah, there's still plenty of them on ebay. I can't remember the size you need tho'
  16. I would think it's worth a bit in parts, engine and gearbox alone will be worth a small fortune.
  17. If it's Silver Metallic then the code is 673, it then changed in '92 to platinum silver ice metallic code KL0. HTH
  18. Ebay is your best bet. Make sure you get one with a seal on one side :)
  19. Yep pretty much, just give them a wiggle and pull them off (sounds a bit rude that.) don't forget to unplug them first. You will need to undo the balance bar for the final one cyl6, gets in the way and stops you pulling it out. HTH
  20. Wouldn't you feel that the pipe hadn't gone on correctly? When I did mine, I used the concertina effect of the middle to ensure it went on properly.
  21. Biggred.co.uk do do them I got mine there. Give them a ring bud :)
  22. Your welcome matey :) feel free to click my rep button ;)
