  1. I did !
  2. The chip from DTA will be 28 pin, get some glasses ! lol :D
  3. Oh, I see, I was talking about a power bleeder I suppose - pressurises the system and pushes clean fluid through from the master cylinder end.
  4. I bought one and couldn't get it to work - wouldn't sit on the top of the master cylinder properly.
  5. Ordinary electrical solder is fine, plumbing solder is not. Try to use the proper lead/tin stuff, the new no-lead stuff is a pain.
  6. My bike never had them, but it's possible that newer ones do need them.
  7. Oooh, I just had an 80's flashback ! http://www.seeklyrics.com/lyrics/Frank-Zappa/Jewish-Princess.html
  8. Mike Feeney has pattern ones that are a fraction the price of Nissan OEM. You may have to wait for him to get home from hospital though ...
  9. Sending PM's ? You look subscribed to me. Did I fix this a few days ago and forget about it ?
  10. Turb0z (Pete) may be able to help you. Mike Groves too.
  11. Never heard of them, but if I had to make a totally uneducated guess I would assume it was a rebadged version of a SuperChips ECU - a number of small companies did that.
  12. Either it's not running on all 6 when it first starts up, or it's the prop support bearing. Most likely the latter I reckon.
  13. What's the matter, you forget your coat ?
  14. That's a hell of a long journey if you're concerned about it going bang !
  15. Yep, there are miniture potentiometers for fiddling with this stuff. Best put the needles back in the right place then ! LOL :D Oil temp doesn't go though the ECU, so you most likely have a wiring problem somewhere. Do you mean water temp ? or oil pressure?
  16. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/7085098.stm Let's see if it costs Renault $100M ....
  17. Yes, spoke with him last Saturday. He's recovering and OK.
  18. It is right - well almost ...
  19. Yep, arrived after midnight on the 5th (well the 6th I guess). Will update now.
  20. Just throw a can of Stella up in the air and he'll appear and catch it before it hits the ground ! :D
  21. The strip that covers the screws above the radio is on upside down !
  22. Never getting above 0 psi can be a sign of a seized turbo, but as above check all the pipes etc first. Running rich is most frequently caused by a faulty oxygen sensor (or two), which are relatively easy to diagnose with a ConZult and replace.
