Injector replacement without removing plenum
Yep, nice detail there. Unfortunately, when I had a problem it was with an injector that wasn't as accessible and so it was a plenum off jobbie.

So how much involvement does Ecclestone have in the day to day running of the F1 ...
...teams and more specifically Ferrari ? Raikkonen's form a mystery to Ecclestone Bernie doesn't know what to think... 05/10/08 00:22 Can you explain something to me?After Kimi Raikkonen admitted his 2008 title defence is now over, F1 chief executive Bernie Ecclestone has declared extreme "disappointment" with the current form of the reigning World Champion. "With Kimi I am extremely disappointed," the 77-year-old billionaire admitted in interview with Germany's Welt am Sonntag newspaper, to be published on Sunday. 28-year-old Raikkonen, despite his sensational late dash to the drivers' crown a year ago, has struggled this season and is now a near-insurmountable 27 points behind the title lead with just three races to run. Ecclestone said: "Kimi is such a fantastic driver. I thought he had lost his motivation, but then he signed for two more years with Ferrari. It is a mystery to me. " Last year, Bernie Ecclestone tipped Raikkonen's Ferrari teammate Felipe Massa to take out the crown, praising the Brazilian as "stronger, faster and better than a lot of people think." In 2008, with the 27-year-old now a true contender, the F1 supremo adds: "I have to admit that I have supported Felipe for a long time and helped him wherever I can." "For so long he has been underestimated. Only recently was he in a position to show his true potential. He now has Kimi firmly within his grasp," Ecclestone said. det bypass!
Not quite sure what you mean there, but you can also do it at the ECU as that avoids the problem being a break in the wiring loom before the plug in the engine bay.

The disks can fail sometimes. Some models can be replaced very easily, I have done a couple.

laptop for my mother
Get a low spec Dell, or one of those where you pay for the broadband and get a free laptop. Cost works out about the same overall, just means you only pay about £30 per month for broadband and laptop.

Boost, dont we love it!
However, with boost controllers there is always the 'fiddle factor. "Hmmm, wonder what it'll run like at 15.5 psi?" "Bugger ..."

Air filled shock absobers
Don't know about pressures, but I wouldn't use a compressor - the volume of air will be small and you may do damage - use a foot pump if they do need to be inflated at all.

do i need to re-new???
I can't answer for when you joined, and I don't have my accounts records to hand to verify this, but according to the forum your past two subscriptions (eg sub and re-sub) have been at the end of September.

do i need to re-new???
I would recommend that people register with a 'proper' email address. We don't send out junk/spam and we don't share your email with anyone, ever.

Has my subscription run out?
The reminder is only a day or so before it runs out, it's down to the forum s/w and not something we can change unfortunately. Quite often they do get caught in spam filters too.

MS Word
openoffice.org is where you will find it. Micro$oft all provide free viewer applications for most of their document formats too, which is OK if you never need to edit the files.

Was it me ?
You know you want to really. Think of it as practice for all the work you have to put into keeping a white car clean.

aerial on top of car
Almost certainly a mobile phone aerial, I have one there too.

Was it me ?
Nope, jetwash is a waste of time, all it does it move dirt around. I hate cleaning cars and have pretty much always used the carwash ! I do try to wax or use one of the shine seal things once a year, but that's about it.
-
Was it me ?
Yes, my car left the garage and went all the way to work today ! Literally about the 3rd time it's been driven this year !!!! It's also filthy dirty due to sawdust/crap from the garage and will have to go to the car wash on the way home.
