  1. yea 100 miles on 20 quid is over 30mpg LOL. you were driving the 300zx werent you, not a 1.4 clio :-)
  2. bloody hell Al, 35 quid is only 1/4 a tank... how big is your tank??? mine is from red line to full on just over 70 quid, 35 will give me half a tank and according to your calculations AlanZ £60 in fuel is only 165 miles. so near about the same as mine buddy. :-)
  3. OSY1 and AlanZ funny thing though gents when i went past you two, id been following you at 70-72 according to the speedo. then sped up to 85. and i didnt go any faster than that until i saw an M5.
  4. thanks, Alan , but ive had my car up there twice now, both times they've said the car is fine and is running well.... maybe its just my dash clusters that arent accurate due to the sticking problem, i feel the power but the speedo seems not to move as rapidly as id expect. on a side note. did have some fun with an M5 on saturday down the A11 ;-) lol. (still drinking fuel like a bi*ch though) used 50quids worth on the journey home from z world on sat.
  5. your farrrrrrrrrrrrr away buddy, really apprecaite it but id like to meet someone that i can go and view/ride in the car. i may give you a ring one evening to talk though if thats ok, ive saved your number.
  6. who else has a 300zx running T28 turbos? i run a pair on mine, and would love to meet another 300 owner with the same setup just to see how it performs, and the setup they/ you use. let me know, if your the guy, or if you know him. thanks in advance.
  7. where can i get them from? just had my interior done in cream and love it, just need gear and handbrake gator to finish.:clown:
  8. will let you know as soon as Alan comes back to me King. i will text you once i know, Aaron.
  9. thanks Marty, i will let Alan and Tony know, hopefully King sees this too as i dont know him. will text/call you with a time once they get back to me, im supposed to be going down with Alan, fingers crossed his car goes through the MOT tomorrow, otherwise i got a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE cab fair.
  10. we need to sort a mutual meet point gents, were all gonna be going down the A14. do we have eachothers numbers, if not lets get a time and area agreed. Me (Coolq) Alan (AlanZ) Tony (Osty1),and King can meet up on the A11 at some point as we all live close to eachother. (not speaking out of tern i hope gents) possibly Thetford forest retail park?? Gonzo- we can meet you on the a14.....but where.. responses please guys, just 2 more nights to get all places/times sorted. :-) really looking forward to meeting you all, then the rest at Z world, my car is there now being worked on, and miss it already :-( Aaron.
  11. im sure its 1-20 as well, even parkers and autotrader only lists 1-20 with lambos and porsches in group 20....
  12. i was going if i can get a lift, as id like to send my car down for repairs and collect it saturday, my number is 07814379101 tony. i think Alan is going still.. if your looking for a lift, he might be of some help :-)
  13. ok may get it down there again, cheers. and it was done by Jeff and Jamie in October 2010
  14. just looked , have no readings data, was just advised they're fine, ECU check shows both 02 seonsors doing as they should though.
  15. lol , bad punctuation on my part.
  16. is there any way to tell if the MAF is dodgy, or giving bad readings? i have done an ECU check, but no MAF sensor problem, and had it on a conzult. but again read ok, (stationary test) car runs fine, idles a bit high, but is using lots of fuel and seems to be getting worse. was getting 180-200miles to a tank, now its closer to the 160-180 mark.
  17. just done mine, it was a pain in the but doing a SWB, had to take off the poxy back shelf to get to the rear panels. but thanks for the help chaps., i only broke 4/5 clips :-) ha.
  18. thanks Tony, YTS: that will be helpful as i think i will have trouble with the panels between the seats and knees going up to the dash. just dont want to try pulling things off that may be 'screwed or clipped in' Tony,(OSTY1) once mine is done i will show you, and send you the guys number if it turns out well at the price im paying its a STEAL.
  19. Is there a guide available on how to remove all the tweed interior sections on a SWB? im having mine recovered with leather but need to get the parts out first and have no clue. or possibly can someone tell me how to get them out, (ALL THE TWEED SECTIONS) thanks,.
  20. does that mean you'd be coming down the a11 from thetford ? and also did we meet, at snetterton a few months ago?
