  15. looking at it going on a shortie' zed......I'm considering going for the gash look if that helps :whistling: it's this ^^^^ or I fit mahoosive' URAS carbon wing (the exact same one that used to be on the Phil Morrison's Driftworks S15)
  16. Workable with carbon rear overfenders and 20mm wider vented front fenders.....possibly??? Opinions please...
  17. It's a bit tatty with a couple of small worn areas (Ideal for a track car) but yeah, I'd sell it for £40 cash (seat only) and if somebody wanted to collect or arrange their own courier I'd go with that Pass on the good fortune and all that :thumbup1:
  18. No mate, these are the pics from both ebay ads and they aren't very clear Initially I thought the Pro 2000 was black as well, then it arrived and I realised it was blue (though the ad did state it, I just missed it) The pics don't show it very clearly but they are both the same shade of blue the Sparco seat that I've temporarily fitted in the shortie' at the moment is black, I'll be selling this with the Luke harness shortly I've managed to find two genuine Takata 6 point harnesses that will go with the two blue Sparco's, one Takata is already installed, the other will be fitted in the morning
  19. If I got my arse into gear and 'eventually' got round to dropping that prop down to you on Saturday, would that give a bit of motivation bud? nothing like a bit of old prop fitting to cheer you up in the winter months....
  20. I've only ever taken it out once on a Land Rover that I bought new from a dealership. I never needed it and have never taken it out again...however it's one of those things I suppose, better to have it and not need it etc, etc
  21. A while back I managed to find a good priced tidy blue Sparco Kevlar Pro 2000 seat designed for a six point harness, the thing is I've been hunting high and low for another secondhand one but have had no luck at all Here are a few pics: I really didn't want to spend a fortune on a new one so I just accepted the fact that I wasn't going to find another one then just before New Year I spotted another blue Sparco seat fitted for a six point harness with a painted yellow plastic back on ebay....ok, so it wasn't a Pro 2000 model and it wasn't kevlar but it looked like it offered good support and with it being painted yellow, it wouldn't stand out too much I placed an opening bid of £40 and left it......I'm chuffed to nuts 'cos I won it! All good so far, the only down side was that I'd have to pick it up in person from London So I spoke to the seller and arranged for me to pick it up today. It was exactly as described in as much as it would need a clean and a bit of a tidy up but it wasn't 'exactly' as described in the ebay ad I handed over the £40 to Luke (the seller) and he handed me the seat. Straight away I thought 'bugger me that's light'. We shook hands and I left carrying the seat back to the shortie'.......I had a quick look over it when I got to the car and would you believe it......it's kevlar!!! Here's a quick pic: and it came with a few sets of rails and a Luke harness as well Like I said....chuffed to nuts and hopefully a sign of things to come in 2012
  22. Offer yours up p/x on the shortie'
