I consider myself to be a pretty relaxed father, as far as I'm concerned as soon as my son is old enough, he can go live life and sew his oats like a paratrooper on R&R and as soon as both of my daughters have finished their 40th year at the convent, then they're free to go and make their own descisions in life aswell....

Formula One in America.
As long as more than 6 cars start this time, the yank crowd might be a bit more responsive to F1 http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=michelin%20fail%20at%20american%20grand%20prix&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CE0QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fen.wikinews.org%2Fwiki%2FMichelin's_tyre_mistake_sends_US_Formula_One_Grand_Prix_into_farce&ei=WRv4T-SMKcHJ0QXS3a2gBw&usg=AFQjCNF51_sU_wcffZmNNv-xT7D4itzZsw I remember this cluster **** ^^^^ back in 2005

A lot of USMC are like that mate, massive creatine junkies who are quite happy to bench press anything (and anybody for that matter), though take them out for a run and in no time it starts to look like a scene from Dunkirk. I haven't heard of that 'Rush' routine but I'm guessing by the name that it'll be something to do with UFC's George St Pierre, who's cardio by the way is flawless.. *I'll see if I can re-post some pics (Edit: all done)

Remove rear knuckles
Yep, if I ever had to do this again the hubs would be coming straight off. Just not worth the hassle trying to replace them with the hubs still fitted as far as I'm concerned.

Set the scene: Ibiza 18-30's holiday those that do.... and those that don't.... which would you take back to your hotel room? (now look at it from a womans point of view if the role's were reversed)

For those that workout and want to shape up. Plus have maximum motivation!
I personally would advise that you go down to your local gym and arrange an initial consultation with a qualified personal trainer/instructor, as there are far too many variabls to consider (health/lifestyle etc) and advise offered on tinterwebz' forums can be mis-leading (albeit mostly un-intentionally so). The principles are very much the same though, eat clean, strip back under supervision before 'gradually' bulking up over a prolonged period (18 months), good balance of heavy'ish weights (and CV) *and elephant steroids injected directly into your ass' on a serious note though mate, definately go and speak to somebody who will be able to formulate a personal training and nutrition programme, who can maintain a watchful eye over your progress throughout and who will be able to adjust your programme accordingly

I've got the P90X box sets (I picked them up in a PX back in 2009). The P90X programme is very good for gaining knowledge on what does and what doesn't work for you (exercise routine wise and nutrition etc) but they are very different in intensity to the insanity workouts. Much, much slower for one! Personally (for the average person who wants to lose weight and improve flexibility and exercise technique) I'd go for the P90X programme over most others, purely on the basis that a lot of care has been taken to ensure that the average person undertaking the programme doesn't push too hard too soon and therefore risk of injury is greatly reduced. For a squaddie who want's to 'smash the phys' to the extreme, Marty's heading down the right route :ninja: *though if no respirators/gas masks are involved, then it's a bit gay :tongue_smilie:

Ebay account question?
I recieved confirmation today that a final demand has now been sent by my solicitor to the individual in question, giving him 14 days to issue a full refund. If nothing is heard in 14 days we'll be applying for a summary of judgement with the courts. Not going to **** about anymore with this prick!

Whats my rights
We had the same with a pair of JCB drills/screwdrivers that we bought from B&Q. The wife took them back as they'd stopped working and they were only a year old (well within the 5 year warranty). Dosey mare in B&Q customer services first insisted that B&Q didn't sell JCB drill...wife go's to shelf and grabs a pair of JCB drills!! then dosey mare insists that, yes they do have them (funny that) but that ours are out of warrenty?? 5 year warrenty puts paid to that argument...so the line changes to 'yes they are covered by a 5 year warrenty but B&Q only honour the first year and that we had to contact JCB directly' Wife phoned JCB and basically confirmed that B&Q dosey mare was talking out of her ****ing hoop!! We're heading back down to B&Q tomorrow to give dosey mare a kick in the **** for being a ****!

Lots and lots of free beer!!!
I definately didn't forget to put the washer on before fitting the nut but now that the washer (that I didn't forget to put on) is....uh....on, well it sits just fine :tongue_smilie:

Lots and lots of free beer!!!
Strange you say that because I stopped tinkering at 02:45hrs this morning. The rear right hub is back on now, bearing all sorted. The adjustable arms and coilovers are re-fitted and the brakes have been bolted back on. Still a few bits and bobs to get sorted, I can't do it so Fink's team will have to sort it out (finish welding the cage/fit battery cut off/yet another wheel alignment etc) It'll be a miracle if it does get sorted on time, either way at least it's put a rocket up my arse and got me to crack on with the jobs that have been put on the back burner for way too long now

Lots and lots of free beer!!!
....well tea and bacon sarnies actually  Ok, does anybody fancy helping me finish off a few jobs on my zed today (Friday)??? If it can be sorted in time (I'm leaving 10am sharp on Saturday) it's being used by Luke Fink in round 2 of Drift Allstars this Sunday, but needs a few things sorting to get it to comply with comp regs. if you can lend a hand it would be much appreciated Mobile: (07789) 488020 cheers Pez
