  5. the top and bottom ones Mac will read as full names ie MAC1E and with the correct dots can be made to look different if your looking for ones like that m8, check out the irish plates theres a guy who does them on ebay, he sorts all the transfer etc for you and costs £300-£400 , BUT i dont think they have reached M, my m8 got a DAZ one from him, and when i enquired he told me they hadnt reached L the one i wanted:( this is the guy mate, anyone wants one worth trying as he is helpful and no scammer http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZnicereg
  6. ive always thought that getting rid of protection that has built up over a few years ain't healthy, i always remember a guy i know who used to put the old diesel oil in his car, which contained a flushing agent, very proud he was that he got his oil for nothing, his engine sounded a bit like kelly holmes jogging with a tool box on her back
  7. no problem m8 i know where lulworth road is, its actually birkdale, so will have a look in the next few days, then hopefully decide if its worth Kirbz making the journey;)
  8. i live just up the road from southport m8, my son lives there will deffo be going in next few days, not as clued up as Kirbz on them but can deffo tell you if its worth getting looked at (or running a mile lol) not heard of L&C motors, whats the address??
  9. i think its been well discussed on here, and slick 50 deffo aint recommended as above dropping the oil isnt enough, it needs flushing PROPERLY, as thats what its for to stick everywhere:(
  10. just been on the bbc news ;) and that link Mike has posted looks pretty good, quality looks like it depends on the webcam, so anyone any ideas the best webcam to have?? you can also plug your diggy camcorder in, but if your on holiday thats likely to be with you, AND that would be the first thing the scrote would have off
  11. and how many of you if you caught some scummy smack head in your living room would think as your knocking 7 bells out of his worthless face "umm i must restrain myself i maybe going ott" YEAH RIGHT
  12. cheers Smithy and Sgt c, all in and running like a good 'un, as i said all the hard work was done when i put in the single, so didnt take long at all:)
  13. this is a grommet m8;) a few different kinds http://mdmetric.com/elect/1/overview.html
  14. okie dokie m8 thanks for that, knew it was probably me being a dick lol;)
  15. Scubie's warning was nothing to do with the car it was the child had posted zx stuff for sale after slagging everyman and his dog, i did point out to Panther bullitbrain was claiming to be his brother, but he says not? i guess he should know lol or maybe he's in denial
  16. yep once a month my missus has a "red 'un" and we all know what the other word for that is :nelson:
  17. panther may have a car for sale, but he reckons bullitt has nothing to do with him, seems he is just some school kid warming up for half term :mac1:
  18. will check tomorrow:( but the larger plate ive got in position, the screw holes are approx 3" apart, anyone any idea what the afm measuremnts are?? may have to order another large plate by the look of it (the smaller plates are 2 1/2" ish)
  19. not sure if im talking b/s but are my plates right m8?? as the smaller plate (which i have two of) you seem to have connected to the afm, whereas ive got one big plate (which you seem to have two of lol) just worried the large plate ive got in position won't fit to the afm?? ive attached the photo so you can see what im waffling about
  20. cheers m8:) shame all that money spent and we hide it under the panel  see through headlight panels anyone
  21. any problems fitting the twin pipes m8???? gonna fit mine tomorrow or tuesday, got a single in now so hard works done i HOPE lol
  22. when you say it doesn't recognize the zero command when you press zero nothing SHOULD happen what you do is press services 4 0 1 and then enter/select ignore what happens on the screen and it SHOULD take you to installers menu m8;)
  23. agree with you to a point i think the search is a must when your asking things like "what size wiper blades" or "how many litres/gallons does the tank hold" always worth using the search THEN asking the questions, with the info you've learnt, as you say times change and also as you point out would be pretty boring if people just searched and buggered off, and most of those in the know members are happy to give their help and pass on what they have learnt;)
  24. pmsl i was gonna say id tell her all what it had, but it would be just whoossssssssssssssssssssssh lol
  25. gets better:) just been messing with the alloys, as it had 18" on the back and 16" on the front, and found Ohlins suspension all round so with all the other toys, some oriental chap has spent some serious wonga on setting this car up:)
