Just hooked up me Datascan and got : Code 12: Air-flow Meter circuit (AFM) > Car started 17 times with this fault but the car appears to run fine. I have heard people with faulty AFM's get very poor running or am I wrong. Seems strange to me that the car 'seems' to be running ok. Any thoughts ? Will check/clean all the electrical contacts in a minute CheerZ Paul

I have fitted a resistor, no problems. The DET sensor is only good below 3k rpm IIRC

Thank you very much lads, well the day turned to shit. Left to house at 7:30am to do a 12,000 foot tandem skydive :dance: :dance: :cool: but the weather was well windy. Anyway 5 hrs later the first group finally get away. A few minutes after the plane taking off we hear an announcemet over the PA 'the plane can't make the full altitude for the tandems to jump' and it starts pissing down so the jump was canceled.
