  1. They are the smaller size 330mm
  2. That's the same exhaust that I'm removing from mine: I'm after something like the Mongoose as want a dual twin pipe look more like stock
  3. Hi All, Just wondering if anyone knows whether the standard 18 inch 350z wheels would fit on a 300ZX and clear the K-Sport brakes that are on the front of mine currently? Hoping to get the current wheels refurbished before/after getting some work done at Jimmer's so trying to find something to put on temporarily if possible (would be trailered to Jimmer's and trailered/driven back depending on the wheel/tyre situation) Adam
  4. Hi guys, Could I be cheeky and ask anyone with a mongoose exhaust how wide the diameter of the tailpipes are? I'm looking to get an exhaust made up and love the proportions of the Mongoose so looking for something like that but with shorter tailpipes Adam
  5. Cheers for the well wishes guys, not been on here for a while
  6. Cheers for the well wishes guys!
  7. Was watching the budget cheesefest movie Joshua Tree from 1993, starring Dolph Lundgren and during the movie they are using a couple of unconvincing replica cars. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106309/ Closer look at the F40 replica and it seems to have 300ZX headlights on it 😄
  8. RIP Roberta Can see the 300ZX in this episode of the Bill: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiG-NSVd8OA

  11. Added a load of old photos to my Google drive recently and made this album with various 300ZX's from shows I've been to over the years (2003-Current) https://photos.app.goo.gl/eNtfDMMQU7tKBWwj8 Anybody recognise any of the cars or is yours on there?
  12. Yeah looks like Bude, the car park near the fire station. Spent quite few summers there surfing with mates

  16. Happy belated birthday Richard
  17. Bit late but Merry Christmas to all!
  18. I'm not sure on UK supply for OEM/Nismo stuff apart from Nissan, but they would still need to import most of them. I ordered mine earlier in the year from Greenline Japan and they weren't too bad on delivery time. Arrived in just over a week from being dispatched, but they can take a bit of time to respond to emails.
  19. So generally, the tester will pass it as long as you've HID the ballasts well! ...I'll get my coat...
  20. I do like a pearl white but as mentioned it can be hard to match if need be in future. I would say go solid or metallic white. Personally I don't like spoilerless although the 2 seater does look a lot better than the 2+2 without one. I much prefer the 89 spoiler over any other, although the Twinz ones are nice. Would definitely avoid the fibreglass 89 replica though. They have to be bonded on to fit properly, which eventually breaks down like my current one and the spoiler edge starts to come away from the body allowing water to get in. I managed to get hold of a 89 spoiler from Nissan last year, not cheap but I was happy paying the extra for a better fitment. As for side skirts the Twinz ones look great. Mine has some old ones by Car Mad fitted, which I think are replicas of another brand, along with door fillers on the bottom edge. When I have the car resprayed I'll be removing these and going back to OEM with no sideskirts.
  21. Belated happy birthday Arthur, looks like you had a good one!
  22. Cheers Joel! Will take a look and get some measurements. I think that's a great way to use the wheel well space though, may look into doing something similar with mine I bought one of those underseat active subs and stupidly didn't measure up first, forgetting you can barely get your hand under the seat!
  23. Sorry to hijack! Joel, just wondering what trim you used around the edge where you cut the hole for the strut bar?
