  1. LMAO! Thats quality
  2. Ouch!! i've twisted my right kneecap, & shattered the left one before, anything to do with knee's will give you grief for years! How'd you do it nick, in the line of duty? :p
  3. I have the same size wheels/tyres as you, have never had standard wheels so cannot really compare, but mine tend to tramline a bit in the 'ruts' left by lorries on dual carriageways & motorways, nothing major though. Then again, so does my 'stra & thats got fookin' bicycle wheels on it!

Sorry to hear your news Mark, i've also been in the same position as you regarding women, it's real shite, BUT....it does get better, believe me! Mine went to the shop, never came back, took the car, cash/credit cards. Shafted me big time. There is light at the end of the tunnel bud, just hang in there.
  5. Welcome mate, is it an import? If u do find the criuse controls, they wont work over 60mph anyway! You didn't mention whether it is a lwb or a swb, swb dont have c/c iirc. If you decide to ditch the rear spoiler, you will need a tailgate skin, these are available form the z-centre (traders section) along with some pics of whats underneath the oem spoiler! When u fit a decent stereo in it, you'll discover the standard speakers are not up to much either! Apart from that lot....congrats on buying the Z! :D
  6. Hello matey ;)
  7. Yeah, whats that saxo doing there? Where was that meet at Jay? Might have to come along to the next one.
  8. Good pics! I know a guy who used to have a road legal Banshee racing quad, that was fun! ;)
  9. Glad it worked out for ya karl, good to meet you, & jock & greg!

It's not pretty mate, have a look here... http://www.zcentre.co.uk/spoilers/important.htm You'll need a tailgate skin if you're going for the smooth look.
  11. Blimey mate, those quotes are fookin' ridiculous! Saying that, i know a guy who was quoted £1700 on a f-reg nova!! (18yrs old). Cheaper insurance seems the only good thing about getting older! I paid £609 f/c for my z tt (jap), & my daily driver (astra 1.6) on the same policy, with Houghtons. Z is obviously in 'classic' status with limited mileage etc... PS: I'm 35. ;)
  12. Then its deffo moto-xxx...1 :)
  13. Lol, thats old. Cant remember which vid it's from? Crusty Demons or Moto-xxx
  14. Cheerz for the pics Steve, 1st one looks the biz! If i'd know there was gonna be a 'snapper' there, i'd have washed the z. The yellow always looks good under artificial light, really awesome in the petrol stations at night. Hope it all went well with Mr May, steve. Roll on the next meet... :hyper: PS: Heard there was a guy who travelled from Middlesborough in a R34 Skyline!?
  15. Blitz bov's for me too, just love scaring folks as they walk under bridges! :D
  16. Nice one Nick, you bringing your video phone again! :x:
  17. See ya there..... ;)
  18. Click on the link Neil.......

A friend of mine has a gto, cant really compare power because his is a n/a. Just don't like the way mitsubishi have stuck/bolted alsorts of vents/louvres all over the place, whats all that about then? Looks silly! Whereas the zed is smooth from front to rear, one flowing line, unbroken by 'stick on this that & the other'. Spoils an otherwise nice car.....IMO...obviously!
  20. Prevously had a jwt in mine, now running a mines ecu. Quite a difference tbh, much more aggressive. Optimax only though.
  21. Yep, thats ****in' scarey alright, had it happen on a motocross bike, 8.30am half a lap of practice...was in the St johns ambulance with a twisted kneecap! Turned out to be a crank seal put in back to front! Doesn't really matter what you're riding/driving, this will ALWAYS be in the back of your mind from now on!
  22. Very nice! I know a guy who used to build mustangs, even when they're not running they're still awesome!
  23. I think the fact that the 'bod' was in 'IT' before is irrelevant, the 'bod' has worked competantly on my z, & will continue to do so. Nice to know a down to earth mechanic/bod who doesn't fill me with bullshit and rip me off.
  24. Blitz sus power filter HKS Super Drager pipe...
