I have a Blitz sus filter too, sounds awesome :bow: I f i was to go for another, it would be the Apexi though. They have good write-ups & are considerably cheaper!

Sorry to hear this vijay, its a horrible decision to have to make, you chose the right one though....cruel to be kind. Had the same decision with both my cats, two brothers. 1st lived to 8yrs...died of a tumour in the throat 2nd lived to 12yrs...died from a annuerism (?)..back end completely gave way, instantly paralysed. Had to make the same heart moving decision both times :cry:

Hello mate..... The mongoose seems to be a popular choice, but imo are a little bit on the small side (tailpipes). Sound good though with good quality welds etc.... Try some of the traders on here for any pics/alternatives/prices. :)

I'm running 12.5 psi with a mines ecu, pipe/filter etc.... 1mm boost jets, tried some greddy 7's in there. Ran ok at high revs, but shite at tickover. Have since put new stock plugs in, seems much better. Yes.....the later z's have electronic hicas. You can have my greddy plugs for £20 if you want them, i'm only down the road from you (well...sort of!) ;)

When you get the new clutch fitted, have the flywheel lightened and balanced pete, did this to mine, made hell of a difference to the car!

Taking the headlights out & splitting/cleaning them is a good idea, but a fooking nightmare of a job getting them out! Relatively easy to change them insitu, unless you have bov's in the way, like me! Greg.....how did the wire trick work for you, all it did for me was lower the tickover to about 500rpm :confused: were a bit brighter, but the car just didn't feel right!
