  1. I've got a pine flavoured magic tree air freshener, and an elvis wobble head to fit :crying:
  2. Welcome matey! If you need to know anything at all, just ask, best place to be by far!!!
  3. the bolt you used wasn't too long was it? i.e. gone through and touching something?
  4. i just read this thread all the way through and i am still wearing an erection, quality, class....
  5. ok mate, cheers, will have a mess with em tomorrow, the car is running rich, and if revved, sometimes drops to 5, and gives pops and bangs out of the exhaust, and tickover is a bit lumpy, so they could be cream crackered.... I'm in the process of having my teeth done, have to wear a retainer, which cost 150 quid, and about an hour ago, took it out to eat my tea, and my dog ate most of it! not happy about it! so gonna have to shell out for a new one asap, but i'll be in touch if i need em matey, cheers....
  6. I've got a new loom, and the car was fully warmed up, so maybe need new ones, eeee, aah well, at least there's not much else that needs replacing as i've done most everything! Will check connections first tho....
  7. 0.05 volts actually...
  8. I have the basic conzult (shareware), what should the bar that says O2 read? Mine just stays at 0.5 and never seems to change when revving etc.....
  9. have you got a sister? :)
  10. does sound like it could be (hopefully) something simple mate, best of luck!
  11. just out of interest, what should the temperature be? (i just got my OBD1 interface, so can check it properly) :)
  12. that's what i use, but with an airline, an impact wrench is by far THEE best thing i have ever bought! Knocks the bolts out, rather than snapping them with a big long bar...
  13. There is a recent thread about blanking the water feed to the turbos, whether it's good or bad, i don't know which is best! But if you look for it, it was only maybe a day or two ago, might be of some use?
  14. Actually, just read your post properly! Are the water feeds to the turbos blanked off?
  15. Without seeing it, i would imagine it has had a plenum water bypass done, relieves you of many 'un-necessary' water pipes, thus taking a few possible problems out of the equasion that could occur... Do a search on 'plenum bypass' and you may find what you need to know.... HTH
  16. I don't know if it's relevant, if you just want some temporary bolts, but the originals are 12.7 (think) high tensile, that's the only thing that makes them a bit tricky to get hold of, 8.8's are plentyfull, might be 12.8? I forget!!! Just thought i would tell ya mate, may be some use to you...
  17. the thread is 1mm pitch, super fine
  18. I bailed it matey, haha, didn't take my brave pills, just stuck it on and grumbled a bit whilst doing it, looks the dogs tho, but i am pretty sure something could be done, maybe someone has a broken one that could be experimented on???
  19. i know what mean mate! hmmmm, if i'm feeling brave later, i may have a gentle fettle...
  20. hahaha, my neighbours must really really hate me, compressor is always going as most of my tools are air tools, car is always being revved, there's usually about 5 cars that i'm fixing blocking the road, and i usually carry on working till about 10 o'clock, haha, balls to em, don't like none of em anyways! haha
  21. easy enough then, cheers...
