i'll bet ya didn't put the rubber washer thingies on did ya! that's what i did, the the intake which has the rubber gasket and not liquid needs those rubber washer efforts or it'll crack easily, mine has been fine tho, no leaks at all, and mine was at a corner, but it ain't ideal... i'll be changing mine next time the plenum is off...

if ya search ya can also use the 'hydraulic' method, i.e. filling the middle with grease, then use something a good fit in the middle as a kind of piston, hit it and the hydraulic properties push it out... hth...

i've got 2 thin arms, muscles in average condition, make us an offer :) what jeff said (nothing new there then!), although mine was really stuck, had to drill 2 small to progressively larger holes in it, then cracked it with the old hammer and chisel, caved it in a bit, bobs your uncle, or your dad in my case, he's called bob.....

wow, just read this all the way through, i should be in the pub but had to read it! Stellaz, as said many times before, well handled, and i think very diplomatic, calm, relevant and composed... When you get a large number of different personalities, all sat at a keyboard reading writing on a screen, things will clash, fact, it's unavoidable. Things can be 'Typed' and cause offence, but if said face to face may cause a laugh attack, that's the nature of the tinterweb. However, we are all grown ups, with our own oppinions, I have had no problems on here EVER, I don't like to use FunkySi as an example, but it is the only one i have, I have asked many questions on here, example 'what do ya think of this?' Si has come back (and many others too) and said it's shit, fair do's! I asked the question, i didn't ask 'Will everyone tell me this looks great?' So I take those oppinions on board and don't do whatever i was going to do, that's why i asked the question! If you don't want an oppinion, don't ask for one... Like i said, this is just a 'generalisiation' and in no way is reffered to anyone at all.... And as for getting a warning for potentially selling something, I ain't subbed (will be very soon :) so i don't go there, common sense really. dunno about the inserts, but hid's are on my list, i cleaned my healights recently, and even with bog standard bulbs, the difference is massive.... they look so much better and cleaner in the daytime too... i guess ya don't realise just how much muck is in there. and yeah, it is a PITA, but once ya've done it once......

i had that, with numerous causes at numerous times, an intermittent boost spike/drop-off from the boost jets, removing them cleared it, just sometimes lost puff not long after boosting... dodgy PTU/loom... dodgy injector and loom, and timing a bit out, might be no use to you, just thought i'd pass it on! electrical connections/components tend to fail, especially if there is some crud on the connections causing a high resistance when they are given some work to do, i.e. puttin a load on it, flooring it.... also the movement of the engine when booting it can move leads/plugs a little bit, maybe enough to disrupt the connection. the best thing i ever invested in was a new loom, gave me peace of mind and took dodgy connections more or less out of the equasion when it comes to fault finding... maybe no use to you, but hth pal....

and still asleep, and to top it off, she woke me up just so she could laugh her tats off at me.

i had a job working 90 odd hours a week, years ago, came home in the morning from a massive night shift, cream crackered, thought i would bash one off, as ya do, whacked a porno on, got a mag out, b*llock naked, started doin the deed, and fell asleep. my sister who was about 25 at the time, walked straight in my room, there i am, naked as a baby, porn mag laid out, porno blasing on the telly, and my wee willy winky still grasped in my hand. bad times.
