  2. So you saying that even bosch ones can play up and its just a lottory noel. In whitch case ill order them of mjp along with my pcv valves that ive already ordered today.

I checked on some old threads and the conclusion was the same when somone else here was doing some research but he also ran in to a wall cas the ones that turned up didnt have the correct plugs on them.and trying to sorce them from over here.that said Dan if like you say Simon wants to be a tosser, then he has the freedom of speach as long as he dosnt upset anyone.and as his comments do not bother me in the slightest.its fine .that said though because i can ask questions i will.and if anywants to comment they can.thanks Dan for your comments. And thanks to you also Funki, as i can always rely on you.

Hi mate ill start you off before getting shot down.firstly what ever your choice its compleatly up to u.and even though tubs and intercoolers choice has been thrown down for years.and the only thing that doesnt change is that everyone including me espeally me, has been a learning curve and a compleat mind field. i after much debating went for gsp600.there pound for pound cheap as chips and are good for 500 bhp plus.they are journal bearing and not a ball bearing but you get what you payfor.and me personaly havnt got two grant to spend on tubs.reason i say this is because what ever your tub choice is going to be to get 500 plus your going first to also to sort out some breathing mods in place as well.so upgrade your intake pipes to 2.5" is a must. Then there the uprated intercoolers to do aswell.if you go fmic or smic make sure your pipework again is uprated to 2.5" to match whatever you go for.from there you can uprate your maff and filter set up to make good use of the upgraded2.5" pipework.there looads of stand a loan stuff to buy as well as pagage deals.and at last yourll need to update your exhaust side of the tubs as well.again anything from 2.5" up is good there aswell.and last but not least.before you start on any of that make sure your cars running as sweat as nut otherwise yourll be chassing your own arse.oh and nearly forgot.to get the plus 500 yourll need to upgrade your injectors as well.good luck and hope this helps.oh and dont forget to book an oppointment with your bank manager.

  12. Well thats what im thinking..and at least u understood what i ment.
  13. I used to have this on a cople of my four zeds this one as well.i toped it up compleately right at the top whilst car is running.
  14. Heres a few pics of what i mean. In tis pic yourll see the pipe that comes out the top of the tub. in this picture the same pipe is 2.5" at both ends. and in the last pic yourll see that the tub pipe side is 2" then it goes to 2.5".so me ask is will the 2.5" both ends pipe fit with a coupling.

Right.im getting the ashspec 2.5" inlet pipe kit that goes from the turbo on the intake side to the air filter.now this peace of kit cost $395 US. now i will be going to larger fmic and pipework but do not wish to spend onother nearly $700 us on pipe work .and also on pipe work that ill only half use.and goes aroind the houses. So my idea is to get the intake pipe kit as i said and only the first part of the intercooler pipework that comes from the turbo to the intercooler.this pipe is called the turbo discharge pipe.now, normally the pipe that comes from here is a two" pipe .that joins on more peaces of 2" pipe.now because im having my new tubs fitted soon.it will.be a good idea to replace that one peace at this time.as its a awquard fitting peace.whith my mind two.put on a reducer coupling from 2.5.to 2".for a temperary measure untill i get my fmic. And 2.5" pipe. Then i would be able to replace this coupling at a later date when i make up the rest of the 2,5" intercooler pipe. You follow do far so good.but heres were i triped up.there are two types or sizes.one is a dishcharge pipe that is 2.5" at both ends and idealy is what i think i need. But thetes another thats one end starts at 2" then gets bigger and the other end is 2.5"..now my question is can i just use the 2.5" pipe or is that for larger tubs. Long winded i know.but thats me.as well u know. Cheers.
  16. U dont need two ebc.so ehat your saying is you need two wife band sensor things.but there is bungs in the kit so maybe they get relocated.have to look into this.

  18. I have just gone to a winscreen place and they just fill the gap with black silicon side to side at the top before putting on the side strips.no one has ever noticed.and it looks neat.and for twenty quid.its a winner.eveytime.
  19. And, as i understand it . If your car runs lean it will pull back the boost back to spring pressure.so not only does it tell you.it also saves your engine from going bang.

The conbination of a wide band sensor and a boost control all rolled into one little neat gadge.heres an explanation on youtube. and for about the same price as a wide band monitor or a boost controler.feels like you getting one for free.and less clutter in your car.views please.could well be my next purchase.
