Uber waterleak. how can i get to it ?
As above and connect them up both to the Matrix flow and return before you connect to the engine or you'll be cursing as they sort of cross over each other and then its a right ******* to tighten the jubalee clips on the bulkhead.

she costing me money! Some advice please!
Manual controlers are fixed and will not ajust according to the way the engine is running and in particular the atmospheric conditions. This will cause spiking and can destroy your engine unless you keep your boost well and truely in a safe zone. ie 12psi mark. otherwise you are running a risk. A new engine build will make £350 for a boost controler seem like a very cheep option

Recommended Bodyshop in the North West
Wrexham AutoKraft Lee is a the bee's knees. Seriously top notch. 01978854111 tell him you one Of Mark Renners buddies from the 300zx club. He isn't cheap but he's not expensive. All I will say though is if the paint work on you car isn't of the highest standard and you want him to match it up he will tell you his work will make toe rest look crap. That not just to get a full respray out of you it's just a fact. His paint work is like polished glass and only uses the best quality paints.

Try http://www.z1motorsport.com They sell Powerflex kits for the Z32. If you look closely you will be able to get the kit number and then get a Powerflex supplier in the UK to get you the kit. Though I will proberbly cost mush less even with duty and shipping to get it from Z1. Also It bet it will come much quicker too.

Fibre glass front bumper
It is the best bumper available for the Zed and would be a shame to let it die from neglect. We'll have to sort out the logistics of getting it to me and then it would warrent a trip down to see my good buddy Wozzer for a weekend of Debortched abuse to return it. :wack::rofl::rofl:

Devastated!! - what do i do??
If he quoted you a figure of £12K then you stick to that and insist that. Also insist you informed him of all mod's and that they have given a 12K figure and a premium to match so they obviously were aware of them and cannot offer you payout for a tyre standard car

Fibre glass front bumper
I could fix it for you, but I'm a ways off from you and I'm busy as fook over the next 2 week then off to Porto for the following 2 weeks. After that I'd get it looking like again if you want. Also Car.Mad 45 miles away from me is a Top Man with the old fiberglass so may be worth giving him a nudge. Keep it in the family so to speek.

Fibre glass front bumper

just been to see The Dark Knight
I saw once with my youngest and was a little disapointed because there was a lot of political intreauge and charactor analysis. Then my daughter wanted to go watch it and on second veiwing it was so much better. IMO better than the first having seen it twice.

Devastated!! - what do i do??
Well then their just doing the usual lets see how little we can fob him off for. Fooking sock it to them and tell them you paid them promptly what they wanted under the understanding of the mods declared when insured and you want it sorted ASAP. Keep at em Liam and you'll get it in the end, but don't let em drag it out. Tell them thats what your insurance was baised on and that if you have to go legal you'll be looking for expenses and costs of a hire car. If they don't come back with a sensible offer in a week do a search and get a snotty letter off to the MD. P.S. Follow every telephone conversation up in writing and tell them that is what you are doing

Devastated!! - what do i do??
Have you notified them of all modifications to the car. ie did you provide a schedual of all aftermarket parts fitted and all modifications needed to install them. If so it will say on your policy Modifications Declared and it will either have a list or it will refure to the list held by the underwriter. If that is the case then they must replace like for like and hence the agreed valuation. They cannot give you the book value because that is based on a stanard car. So even if it doesn't say agreed valuation (which my policy Didn't) but states a £12000 figure and Mods declared then they have entered into a contract to insure a car with all those modes and hence the Valuation figure must stand. Insurance companies always try to avoid paying out as much as possible. They have to keep their shareholders happy, but they cannot have it both ways. Their is obviously a list of mods or they would be telling you that the insurance is nul and void. So nail the *******s. I find a letter of complaint to the MD of the company and a threat to go to the press about their disgracefull treatment of you will yeal a more satisfactory settlement. Infact when I had to do it they even paid my excess.

polyurethane bumpers
Well I hope you get it sorted. I keep saying it Wrexham AutoKraft. They do all the Toyota, Audi and VW work in the area and the finish is superb. They aint cheep but they are quick and so far I havent seen a better paint job than the one They did on my blue car. They took all the glass out and painted every where apart from the engine Bay (which was done later). Pity that the last paint job on the car wasn't as good but you learn your lesson.

Ferodo DS2500 v Mintex 1155 ?
Hi Joely I did exactly like Stu and got the 330 Brembo discs which cost about £350 perpair from Tweeks + my discount. Because the standard 324mm R33/R34 GTR discs are £700 per pair. The 330mm fit perfect with no problems at all.

Ferodo DS2500 v Mintex 1155 ?
I have found that brake squeel seems to come from Pad disc combinations. My car running R33 GTR calipers with Brembo discs and Both Ferodos DS2500's or Mintex 1155's made do squeel at all ever. + the disc ware was even and braking good. I did put EBC replacement Discs on the front after a year or so and with new DS2500's they squeeled thier tits off. So I tried the Mintex 1155's on there (cant get 1155's for tear skyline brakes anymore) and they didn't sqeel as bad but chewed the EBC disc's to bits Last time I got proper Brembo Disc's and no problem with squeelling

Manual Gearbox What to do?
The altenative is to go for the OS Giken Gear and sincro cluster upgrade. This is about £800 from the UK distributor then it'll cost about another £350 to have the work done. but well worth it. Short term you can drain the oil off and refill with Red line MT90. This will hide the crunchy gear change. However it wont cure it it will prolong its servicable use. Or you can just get used to double declutching and syncronising the gear change on the revs

Digital Dashboard
Was the zed a black car? I suspect it was Keiths car and he bought all the digital gauges and clocks from Demon Tweeks and intalled them himself to over come problems with power steering etc as he fitted a Supercharged Chevy V8 in and an Emerald ECU which didn't comunicate too well with the standard clocks
