Yes you do.  http://shop.packyourbags.com/acatalog/Shewee.html?gclid=CI6EuJvAuY8CFQ2wQwodGUDvdA And you'll definately need one for the Landy. Is it Leaf springs or the County with the Range Rover chasis and proper springs. Hey are you having a snorkle. I always wanted one for my Ranger Rover but never got one.

Daft Carputer power question
Being a Luddite, does that mean you think you fix your new carputor with a sledge hammer and bloster? If so, let me explain Leigh. Yes a gentle beating with a 7kg sledge hammer will fix your carputor perminantley. Once fixed all you have to do is shake it until the magic bits spill to the floor. Then you can do a reading of where the parts fall and ascertain all date required for daily running. To do a complete diognostic though you will need a devining rod, a pack of tampons and a She Wee. You'll also need 900bhp to shift the thing if you keep putting more bits in it.

Hamilton 'may be negative for F1'
What a total Tozzer Mosley is. If you penalize one team for breaking the rules then surely the same goes for all other teams. + Can anyone remember David Coultard getting disqualified for using none race fuel. One of the few races that Coultard Won at Williams after Damon Hill and Schumacker has had a coming together and off.

Hi Im looking at getting a 300/ any advice?
If your car is maintained properly it shouldn't ever fail an MOT. My Blue car has always passed not even an advise in 7.5 years. As do all my cars. The rest of what you say is correct though I'd say mine used to cost me about £5500 a year for everything except insurance. That was doing about 24K miles a year.

Winter Driving?
I have Bridgestones S02's on my car and over the last 7.5 years and 4 Zeds I still recon they are the best tyre money can buy for the Zed. you can almost drive as quick in the rain as you can in the dry. Obviously if it's been dry for a week you take it steady until all the road grease has been washed off. However the Zed with road tyres and snow do not mix. I know that the big powered T5 boys use Verdestien Snow Traction tyres and maybe that wouls help, but rear wheel drive, wide drive wheels and between 225 and 400bhp is an accident waiting to happen. I think Steve is right if you have to use your zed in the snow then Racelogic is at least a car saver and could be a life saver. + you can vary it to siut the conditions or just switch it off. So it doesn't spoil the charactor of the car, but when you have to, it makes it drivable in not Zed conditions. Personally I use my 4x4 and even that is a hand full in snow with all the steep hills and deep snow.

H.I.Ds fitted and sidelights wired up
Have to say that my dip does flash with the main beam and stays on with the high beam. 4 years on and same HID bulbs and ballast. Mind you that a philips setup and the bulbs for them are about £30 a pair from the states. My red SWB's both have a cheepo Ebay set in them. just as bright and only been in for less than a year, but replacement bulbs are onlt £7 each so i'll see how long they last like this.

Couple Of Problems Want It Perfect
Hi Mate 1)Squeaking alternator belt usually needs tighten up a few days after its first put on. If you leave it too long the grooves can polish up and it just will not stop squeaking. Also I have an other theory that the Alternator pully wheel it self gets worn, as i've never had the problem after fitting new unortherdox pully wheels. 2)I would think a jumping speedo has more to do with the gearbox speed sensor being worn or damaged, but thats just a guess on my part. 3)Have you made sure the powersteering fluid is topped up. sometimes comes on if you have worn HICAS Steering rack. 4)3rd and 4th gear syncro is inherently week on these boxes and was uprated in the post 95 cars. Could also be the clutch slave cylinder failing and not giving you enough presure on the thrust plates. If a new slave don't sort it and its not too bad then draining the oil and refilling with Redline MT90 will get rid of that and prolong the gearbox life. It makes gear shifting quite stiff when box is cold though. 5) See 4) before changing the clutch. You can get uprated 3rd and 4th gear cluster kits from OS Giken (cheepest and most popular), Nismo (most expensive and proberbly OS Giken) or the standard Nissan (which are more expensive than the OS Giken, but not as expensive as the Nismo) which are still uprated to originals. I believe Quaife do them as well.

H.I.Ds fitted and sidelights wired up
I live in the sticks and use full beam most nights. I have had HID's on my Zeds since about 03, but still use full beam. If your HID dip is set properley then you'll still need good full beam when progressing across country on the A and B roads at pace. + I find if you just use HID dip other motorist don't dip as they come to wards you because they don't see your Full beam drop. I always used to use PIAA Gas charged main bulbs as they are quite good and give a white light. Until I had to replace one and bought a Halfrauds (Off road 80 watt) Ultra bulb. These are that good (£17 each though) that they are the same colour as the 8000K HID's and really light the night up. Unfortunatley they don't do them in H3's so you carn't use them for the fogs or as a cheep HID alternative for the Dips. I've never done the rely so the dips don't come on with the main and my HID's are still fine 4 years on.

Z32 Offset with Brembos
Well i have + 25 offset on my fronts (18") and they clear the brembos with loads of space. fill the wheel arches nicely and don't need the arches rolled. If they were + 20 then the extra 5mm would rub I recon.

Unbelievable!!!
It would be better for society and less of a drain to the Tax payer to have evil cretins like this removed perminantly. I cannot forsee anyone of such a mentality making any kind of meaninful contrabution to society.

What to replace the Zed with
Would have to say Honda S2000. With the power to weight ratio it is more powerfull that the Z TT with bullet proof reliablity unbelievable handling and better fuel econemy. + If you have a chat to Migel at New Era imports he can sorse a 2003 car for about £10K OTR or he did offer me a 2001 with a Moogan Supercharge for the same price, but it would need putting back to standard for the SVA anf then rebolting the supercharger on once road registered.

The death of Edward II
Who was the best friend (or so he thought) of One Henry the VIII who's fathers dubious parentage and claim to the thrown was relient upon discrediting the House of york and all it's offspring. Yet it was Henry the VII own father who was incharge of the tower of London when the princes dissapeared and their bodies were never found. Which lead to many stories including that of the userper who appeared during Henry VIII reign clamming to be Arthur of Lancaster and the rightfull heir to the thrown. He was locked up in the Tower (again if you believe it was he) until he met a similar end. They wern't squeemish about getting rid of monachs in those day. Thats gotta hurt though.

Audi or BMW??
V50 is crap. It is basically a Ford Focus where as the V70 is a proper Volvo + You cannot get the V50 with the D5 sport which is 260 bhp and 9999999999999999999 ft per square inch torque apulling basr***ds. I keep recomending them because for all the years of having company cars Beeners Mercs etc Volvo's have left a better impresion on me and I think because of the old 944 image they don't get the credit they deserve. Try one and i bet you buy it.
-
Audi or BMW??
you can buy a brand spanking new car of the last model for £15 grand with 3 year warrenty and 3 year service included. Saving £8K and as a result I bet after 3 years they cost about the same.

Audi or BMW??
I've been a passenger in the BMW and can tell you they do go some and don't feel as wooden as the Audi. I have had the Audi as an hire car + I also had the Passat with the same motor. I thought the Passat was a more engaging drive though nothing too much wrong with any of them. I'd also suggest you chech out the V70 D5 sport. It's as quick as the BMW and as frugal as the Audi. + Handle as well as the BMW and bigger than the Audi as well as being well cumfy. Oh yes the Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCi is well rapid, handle brill, same monocock as the V70. Better fuel consumption and if you get the GHIA X it is fully loaded.

How to prevent dog fouling my front garden?
I was just about to say get a big rotti and chain it up in the garden. Then I saw the tiger. That would be better. Best thing though is a motion sensor beam (about £10 from B&Q) and attatch it to a sprinkler pump. then fix a sprinkler in the middle of the garden. As soon as the dog crosses the beam it gets sprinkled. You may need 2 or 3 beams + if its with its owner they get sprinkled too.

Your very favourite photo of a Z
I think the 2+2 works much better with good arch extentions and it is certainly more practical, but since having got 2 SWB's I've been converted.
