YAWN Have a look at the Stillen web site and the Le Mans racing 300zx's they were Red white and Blue. I think they look well smart. Thing is, do you have the bottle to do that and drive it. If you have, then fair play to ya and ignor all these colour Fascists.

There are girlies going out and buying Audi TT's at 225 bhp and 0.9 ton and some buying Lotus Elise with 190 bhp, rear wheel drive and weighing 0.7 ton and they manage O.K. The Z is a nice car. The TT is very expensive to run. The N/A is more reliable can comfortabley make 300 bhp with afew mods and that is a proper sports car then. Get one and have some fun.

I would be up for this, but Christmas is nye and I got three kids to flease me so If this is going to happen after Christmas I'm in.

they do keep the engine bay cleaner, but more importantly they help keep your engine cooler by channeling the airflow. Mike at MJP nocks em out for about £50 for the big one at the front £27 for the middle and back. I just bought brand new and they are OEM.

A mate of mine has bought the Shogun style front bumper and Bromex side skirts of this Guy and they are as good as you'd get from anyone who isn't selling the genuine artical. If you buy a real vailside or Ab-Flug bumper or any body kit parts they go straight on and need only rubbing down before painting. My experience of other none genuine parts is a lot of work to get em spot on.

My wifes car came with 12" X 6" fromt and back. They don't look too small either.

Its like having another woman. Ya know what they say. "Living with 1 woman = Headhache. Living with 2 Women = migrain" so I'll just have a fast plastic pig out side instead :D :D

The people who are chroming the inserts. Are they doing the smoothing of the insert faces so as to get a proper chrome finish or do we have to smooth them ourselves? If they arn't smoothed the chrome will be rough and look like bright silver polish. When would you require the inserts? I may still be interested if we have to do our own.

Stock car doesn't handle Ian. I got them, but still think anti roll bars the biggest improvement anyone can make to a Z. You don't have to convince me on the merits of these. Had I not had a fleasing over various works they would have been on my car by now. When I get mine we can put that to the test :D ;) Yep I wouldn't expect to live with you there, but a Z with T28's roller bearing, 555 injectors, aggresive JWT chip, Bigger coolers, polished inlet and exhaust manifolds, running 16psi with about a dustbin and a half of uselesss crap removed and 275 rear tyres wouldn't live with the Noble either. (I know this cause I got one) I did three weeks ago and although I didn't seriously cain it like I have on a circuit. I felt more confident in the wet than I do in my Z. Though that may be phsycological as I've had oppersit lock on so many times during my ownership and have respect for it. :D :D (The Noble felt fine) Come on Ian I've spent over thirty grand on my Z and it's constantly needing more money thrown at it. I thought that was the way of perfomance cars. Anyway the silver one I was out in didn't leak or steam up and if any bits of body work come off you just get the Airfix Polystyrene Cement out and Stick it back on. I said the fastest Road car and it is(as in from A to B). Its not the most powerful and its not the most trick. Its about poise balance and down right brutal cornering ablitiy. That regardless how brave and reckless I was at Brans Hatch, with a Noble that wasn't mine and all that space, well I couldn't find the point of no return. Yet at the end of the session my ribs were bruised as though I'd done ten minutes with Mike Tyson. Its a totally different experience to the Z, But it ticks the boxes I want ticking.

Timmy have you read my Garage specs. I have done just about as much as is possible to do to the Zed on handling and can honestly say my Zed handles really well for a Z. I'd be willing to to stick my neck out and say it will proberbly handle better than Yours. :tongue: The anti roll bars made are the biggest difference. Though I can now alter the camber, ride hight, firmness and toe in/ out of front and back. The car has then been set up at dp930 just the way I like it with a little under steer so as to get a little drift at high speed cornering and positive tight cornering, but in comparison to the noble even my Z feels agricultural in comparision. Remember at the end of last year there was a magazine published call 25 of the best. It Road, Race Track and day to day tested what they call the best 25 cars of 2004. The three race tracks they used were Brans Hatch, Donninghton Park and Silverstone. Among the cars were the latest TVR (not the one with the cut outs) the new scooby the Lambo (big one) the Noble and the Ferrari Enso. The Noble was a second a lap faster than the Enso at Donninghton and brands and marginally slower at Silverstone. We really are talking of a sorted chasis to the point that a Z could never attain. A real super car. Honnest.

Dream Machine do nothing but custom car coach work and because they do it all the time they would not be as expensive as Leigh is saying , but your still talking £5Kto £7K or arches, skirts front and rear bumper. They say the average custom build and spray including wheels, interior, (ie Audio housings) and paintwork is around £10 to £15K.

I've got one thing to say to you Leigh, John and Leon. "Bast*rds!!!!!" Are you working for the Devil or what. (Go on you know you what to.) Mac what I ment was that the Noble has a fantastic chassis and delvers the power well. + its the quickest road legal car I've ever driven through the twistys and I'm sure you wouldn't live with me on the twisty's if I was in a Noble and you in your zed mate.

They do exactly what it says on the tin, or tupper ware as the case may be. Once you drive one in anger you will realise they are a real super car and the Z even if you gave it a 1000 hp would not live with it anywhere but a drag strip. They really are of a different relm. A true thorough bread. P.S. is you friend married. Maybe I could chace her in my Noble once I buy it in the spring. :D :D
