Imploding Slave cylinder
Well This looks like an advert for Danny and MJP. The end of the pivet ball snapped off. Me thinking its only an NA and that it would be OK is going to be costly. A new slave, Thrust bearing, Pivet ball, selector and the gear box off to boot and lets hope no damage to the friction plates. The additional cost of missing what looks like a really good weekend at Billing Z008. So take heed. If you are doing a job on these cars replace anything that may fail, because it will. It will save you in the long run.

Would Jesus drive a ZED?
Yes and Satans Zedwould be faster than Noble 1 and never break down and all on standard internals and turbos. So all the rest of the tweaking Zedders would be beging to know his serects.

Help 2 Injectors stuck wide open.
Hi Rob This turned out to be baddly fitted lower injector O rings. Have you replace your injectors lately? The other reason this can happen is if an injector is stuck wide open. Do you know which injetor it is.

Ii there a fuse for the Cental locking
As above or is it more likely that the unit under the O/S door card has failed? Or that the alarm is up the spout and causing the central locking not to work. All was Ok before it went in to the to body shop. They Claim they haven't touch anything and I cannot see anything. The Battery has been off for 7 months?

New Tyres
Where do you get your info from. They are being made as Porsche only fitment and come as standard on the Kayman and a couple more present production models. Lots of tyre shops are saying they are no longer being made, but this is totally untrue due to the porsche contract. If your tyre supplier is telling you they are no longer being made it is more likely that they are not porscher recomended and therefore do not get discount on the tyre. Speek to Deemon Tweaks George Williams or any other high performance Tyre specialist.

Imploding Slave cylinder
As above the slave cylinder has literally fallen apart. coming of the motorway last night. got to the top of the slip road ond the clutch peddle was on the floor. Ended up waisting most of the day only to discover that the rod from the box has dropped down the inside of the bell housing and the rod from the slave has literally poped right out. Well pissed off. My blue car is in storage and I may not be able to get out till Saturday afternoon, my other Red SWB is in the body shop with no front wings or bonnet and i have lent a friend of mine my bloody pickup truck for the weekend so I may be *****xed for getting to billing this weekend. Not fooking very pleased at all.

Average Price For A Set Of Plugs ??
I always use the HKS irridium S40i's on my TT as it is running higher than standard boost and they last for 60K + and work out a £118 for a set. so thats almost £20 each but last 20 times longer than the copper cores for just twice the price. No Brainer really.

Adjusting rusty Tein coilovers??
I thought that was a known when ajusting height, because you remove the load off the collor. However good to point out there Paul.

Adjusting rusty Tein coilovers??
If you have cleaned the threads well and loobed em up well you only need a sharp tap to crack the seal and as Andy says a blunt ended driver or even a peice of hard wood. They are tuffer than you think.

Swopping shell?
It only the bellhousing on the gearbox thats different. Same box and like you said you can grind a mill of the inner edge of the NA bell housing to make it fit and put a 2m spaceron the strarter motor and bobs your uncle

Adjusting rusty Tein coilovers??
Also after the plusgas has had time to do its thing. Get a big screw driver in one of the C spanner flanges on the collor and use the hammer to drift it half a turn.

Latest Police effort to catch speeders...
I'm pretty sure under the european court of human rights that covert policing outside of an ongoing investigation, and without the warrent of a Crown Court Judge is illegal. I remember reading about several cases of people being done for speeding buy unmarked cars having the cases quashed in the european courts for just these reasons.

What should MAX boost be with EBC OFF ?
I thought the waste gate valve was pre set at 10 psi if everything failed and that the boost controler causes a leek of presure to fool the waste gate valve that it was only running at no more than 10 psi all the time. But I'm ready to be corrected as I aint an expert.
