Zed is now safely locked up in a nice warm garage, its SORN'ed and out of MOT too. Gonna give her a few months to get over the winter, polish her up and get her all sorted for spring :) Missing driving her already :( Anyone else SORN'd theres?

this may be front loaded :( just after how to work it out, I tried thte 0.065 multiplication thing but that didnt work. Ollies post looks right - just not included the formula I know it depends whether int is charged monthly or yearly etc but I thought you could just divide the loan amount by monthly payments then times %.

Does anybody know the formula to use on a calc or excel spreadsheet to work out interest of payments? Got a loan and they have given me my balance/ remaining term in months, interest rate and my monthly payment cant work out how the hell they get to that figure????? Thanks I tried taking my balance - dividing by months then * 6.54% but its not what they get - in fact its nowhere near :)

Should I..... Replace my front vented nose panel with a std (non-vented one) and spray my front mesh black. Fancy a change - the nose panel thing I can try and go back (just gotta borrow/one or spray my old red one). The mesh is no going back.....

I dont think theres a stealth patch :) I think someones been feeding him lines...... AFAIK, the discs are read in a 360 drive connected to your pc (or with the 360usb adapter and any dvdrom), and they are copied straight to Dual Layer DVD. anyone tried that TVDiversity thing, thats where the old xbox slaughters the 360 on the media centre, for playing AVIs MPGs etc. Gonna try that tonight

the usb adaptor just allows you to read and backup games to your pc *NOT* to use them on your xbox. it basically saves you pulling out your xbox dvd to plug into your pc (only way of backing up as a normal dvdrom will not read 360 discs properly). the others are just instead of flashing firmware. as long as you know which drive you have (loads of info everywhere on this), a firmware flash will do exactly the same job. be warned though - it will be fairly easy i think for microsoft to read firmware revisions over xbox live and disable accounts. they are not doing it at the moment but reading firmware over network connections is easy and all they have to do is see if you have anything other than their certified firmware. Thats why I havent done it yet.

dont think its a chip they take the dvd rom out and reflash the firmware on the drive backups then played ;)

just got test drive unlimited for the 360, not a bad game at all Hoping theres a 300 on it, I have the 350Z, and downloaded the free Skyline GTR - but cant see the 300 yet :( Anyone know if its on or an extra download?

just moved to pipex - what a mistake :( only been with them one day and leaving already after they lied about throttling p2p. d/l speeds have gone from over 200K (with bulldog) down to 20K with Pipex. Pipex MAX 8MB - What a joke!!! my 2MB Bulldog connection was faster and uncapped. just tried downloading a game update too - capped again!!! :( Its taken me about 20 mins to d/l an update that should have taken me 15 seconds. Anyone recommend an ISP that does not throttle or traffic shape?
