it looks quite old fashion not like the part in the picture, i have stripped the shell bare to have it sprayed and theirs no display it also plugs into original loom around the area what i think are the aiv solinoids, if you were looking at the battery that position but drivers side.

the thing i have is only under the bonnet i have no display unit

mine as the auto loom on it and runs ok but one sensor is left with nothing to plug into it, think its the neutral switch when pull up it revs around 2000 for couple of seconds, if i cant change it i will leave it. did you change it yourself, i done it outside me mums house on the floor took me couple of days the box is bloody heavy when your lyeing down on your back ha ha good luck hope you sort yours got to take engine out to fit turbos got stage 2 turbo technics to go on it another mission

i have a auto uk 300zx k reg, done a manual conversion to it a while back,got a 300zx for spares g reg jap spec manual, would the manual loom plug straight into my auto loom or would i have to change the lot thank you

was stripping out a 300zx what i bought for spares, under the bonnet come across a oval shapped thing with hks evc controller wrote on it, it plugged into loom and had i think 3 vacum hoses on it. just wanted to know what it did if anyone else had them and if its worth fitting, thank you

i checked if i had any leaks with can of easy start or wd40 spray it around engine bay and intercoolers listen if engine revs higher hope you get it sorted

There is a place in surrey called precision clutches they sell reconditioned ones with new bearing have one in mine its been fine less then hundread pounds

as anyone got the two hicas hoses which run from front to back of car, one of mine as exploded and the looks like its about to. and as anyone got a clutch hose as that as exploded as well

i work their so have keys so evenings would be better

i bought another car for manual conv it came with it all on it and a set of technic turbos

could someone help me please i fitted 555 inj chipped ecu bigger intercoolers and few other little bits my knock sensor broke, was getting worried cause read some threads about listen for detonation , what does it sound like running about 12 to 13 psi but when i put my foot down when i come off it sounds like gun shot is that detanation, the chip come from a manual mine is a conversion auto to manual would the differance in cams and turbos be a problem with that chip any help appreciated thank you.

removed plenum. took all pipes the vacum,water,pcv,and the ones that come out the rockers just puting it back together but because i left it couple of days waiting for gaskets i forgot where they all go does anyone know if theirs a diagram of how they go please. also on the drivers side under the bonnet theres 2 electric things with loads of vacum pipes think controls the boost and boost gauge i took the pipes off and not sure how they go i know im an idiot for not marking them ha ha

cheers 4 the replys, just done manual conversion, re spray all thats left is turbo problem and bushes then hope it might stop breaking ha ha

can i buy new seals and replace them if i can where from i got a spare set of manual turbos off another car i bought with technics turbo wrote on side of them but 1 as seal gone would they be better if can be repaired thanks 4 your help

:hurl:help needed please my z started smoking and stinks of oil burning when race it a bit if driven easy dont smoke if idleing no smoke if hold revs to around 3000 slowly starts to smoke then up and down throttle so its like 2800 to 3200 revs it pours out and it only does it when warmed up thank you

the donor car i got came with technic turbo big injectors chip big intercoolers only put intercoolers on cause didnt know if other bits were ok to put on without breaking car seems only bit i changed messed it up ha ha

about twice the size in depth they didnt seem blocked
