  7. hello jeff so if i unplugg the pipe on boost controller under bonnet 1 from actuator and block pipe on controller would that do it what am i looking for boost to go high if its not the recircs thanks jeff are you who owns z world been down couple times to you bought loom from behind dash you got me to take it off and lights wheels and a bloody targa
  8. hello every1 done air leak check and had a couple which i sorted now it leaks a little from dippstick is this normal thankyou
  9. they were only just reconditioned [turbos] do you think they would check actuators also just read something jeff wrote about recircs whats got me thinking bloody car
  10. put a post up few days back fitted profec the problem is it aint changing boost [much] around 11 to 12 psi on whatever setting its on fitted 1 to mine and 1 on cousins z hes works fine i used fuel line on mine, and vacum hose on hes, so have now changed mine to same hose, tryed hes controller and bit of controller under bonnet, so aint controller, tested for air leaks had couple sorted them [only place it leaks now is from dip stick [oil] [is that normal] i have stage2 turbo technic turbos [hes are standard] could my actuators be differant i know i keep asking but running out of ideas [lol] anyone else got any ideas its all piped up the same as hes [must have checked it 10 times lol] thank you,
  11. thank you every1 but sorted it now put my engine into ctm in dagenham they chargeing 1000 ish to overhaul heads, hone block, new total seal rings, new bearings, new gaskeys, paint block blue, heads silver, just to tidy them up

  14. i have an engine been built with ross forged pistons i have taken it to pieces and was looking at rebuilding it the pistons are in great condition so was gonna get new rings and reuse them how much roughly would it cost to rebuild and what would i need and what could i re use. rings [get new] bearings[get new] gaskets[get new] water pump[get new] timing belt[get new] oil pumps in good condition could i re use it [have 555 injectors and reconditioned stage 2 turbo technic turbos] bigger side mounted inter coolers if did rebuild it what sort of power could i get from parts above
  15. put com to actuators and hard pipes to the 1 next to com cant remember if was no or nc the way says in book for my actuators he as standard turbos i have stage2 technics turbos would that make a differance
  16. un plugged all wires starting to think profec is broken so fuel line wouldnt close under vacum as its ment to hold pressure not be sucked
  17. checked for air leaks with home made thing to plug in air filter had 2 sorted them ecu check comes up com line [auto manual conversion] my manual ecu is chipped and have launch diagnostics but think they have barred it cause computer wont read it so plug auto one on get com line [auto ecu missing]when delete it code 55 im lost done them both the same we bought 2 off same guy my ones new hes second hand hes works mine dont
  18. fitted profec to both mine and cousins zx i used fuel line he used vacum hose problem is mine seems to do nothing even on highest settings the highest boost i made is 12psi my cousins one works fine could it be fuel line closing up its 6 mm fuel line cousins is 6 mm vacum hose blue stuff any help appreciated thankyou

  20. cant get over 9 psi whatever settings i use controller is profec 2 does any1 know if you use com and no or com and nc and do you leave plastic plug in the 1 you dont use any help appreciated thankyou
  21. the only thing i can think of could it be leaking boost it runs really smooth when accelarating on idle its smooth to, but get little pop out exhaust not a backfire almost like a missfire but sounds quite good but its allways done that would it have to be a big leak to loose so much boost i have put it to set 100 gain 35 start boost whatever it went up to get it to go up but it wont still around 9 psi
  22. i unplugged wires and removed all hoses and plugged nipples on big pipes
  23. just changed pipes round and un screwed nipple on the controller and placed in other hole still the same around 9psi aint that standard boost
  24. just tried the thread cant find anything on an engine bay also just got it into psi and its going 9psi thank you
  25. also would any1 no how to get my controller to go to psi doing what says in manual and it just aint happening bloody cars
