hello every1 just fitted controller joined actuator to actuator with a t to the com part of controller the 2 nipples under big main inlet pipes joined them with t to other side of controller but what ever setting its on cant get more then about 10 psi capped of everything else that was open didnt un plug old boost solinoid wires just read this could keep at 14psi any help on if i have done something wrong would be great thanyou

hope you all dont think im mad but i found a pic of a zx ages ago and cant find it again its yellow parked on grass and sitting on the floor its that low as anyone else seen it if they have do they no what make wheels are on it their really deep dish and look a bit like asev what prices do them or asev sell for are they hard to get hold of second hand thank you

555 injectors
i dont know what make chip is when i opened the ecu the chips in a socket it as z32 375hp on it. the injectors are blue to purple color would they not be stamped nismo 555

i bought a car for its gearbox [manual conversion]. it was smoking turbo seals gone. the guy said he had stage 2 turbo technics turbos which i have had reconditioned and they were. he also said he had uprated 555 injectors i put them in my car the tops were blue. just wanted to know if theirs anyway of finding out if they are 555 injectors. i have a chipped ecu and a standard ecu im running standard ecu at moment and still runs fine would 555 run as normal on standard ecu. any help appreciated thankyou.

Pilot bushing removal....
fill it with grease and get a shaft like an hold bolt that fits in tight then hit it with an hammer and hydraulic it out

can anyone help please i have put a set of stage2 technics turbos on my car, they were used when i got them so sent them off to universal turbos and had them rebuilt, i have put them on and every now and then get a big puff of blue smoke when i accelerate hard or hold it at around 2000 revs in neutral it starts pouring out but only sometimes, my oil pressure when start from cold its between 60 and 120 psi but once warm its on the 0, i put 10w 30 oil in it halfords own make could the oil be the problem cause with old oil i had in it never seemed to be that low thank you

when they round off at work we get decent set of mole grips and they normally undo then do it back up with mole grips

just looked through again and its seems the fork is straight and pushinhg pressure plate forward but obviously not enough, bloody car gonna take box off only fitted new clutch a month or so ago ha ha

was driving home 2day and clutch went, its not slipping just cant get into gear unless turn off and move off with starter, got under car and brother pushed the clutch no leaks and cylinders pushing forward, what could be the causes could it be bent fork if it is can i change without taking box off thank you

asked here other day about engine rebuild advice about putting old rods and pistons back in. just found out the pistons that come out are ross forged ones can i put them back in they are not worn much and does anyone know if and where i could get new rings for them thanks

my turbos are at universal turbos having them reconditioned, how much would new pistons cost, was that 400 to 500 for bearings gaskets and rings or just bearings

i have a spare engine, i was thinking of rebuilding it i have stripped it down and is not that worn, was going to put it back together with new rings bearings and seals water and oil pump and gaskets was going to re use pistons and rods would yous advise me not too and do the lot, only want standard boost and does anyone know where the cheapest place for parts would be thank you

245 will fit too a garage put them on mine
