I must love them its the 4th time I've had my zeds fully resprayed lol...

Make sure u aint done what I did the other week, if u had the calipers off make sure there back on the right sides. bleed nipple has to be at the top... I did this by mistake and car would not brake on the rears,

I still couldn't sort anything with boss to get your bits... but if u have them I'll get this course over with and I will do it for u....

And all the little bare metal spots under where the tailgate covers, is where it had spots of rust starting so I rubbed them all out. and the roof bars I 2k gloss black them allready but there to dusty for pics lol..I tried to wipe the roof bars in one of the pics but the filler dust was everywhere.

Hi guys loads of pics above of the zed, got it at my father in laws the filler work on the shell and doors and bonnet all done now. and its actually all in primer. There was to many fumes to take pics of the primer on the car I'll get some tomorrow. Took a pic of him painting the bonnet, thats all I could hold my breath for lol. We used quite a lot of filler in the doors and rear quarters, there not actually big dents we sort of skimmed it to get waves out. We are gonna block the primer tomorrow, then put another 2 coats of primer on and block that too. the doors and rear quarters seem quite wavy on zeds his trying to lose it and make it flat.

Did u remove the sponge/foam stuff and the white plastic strips... the white plastic strips seems like z centre sell them, so I will be able to buy them. but cant find anything on the sponge/foam it must be a sticky sided foam u stick in the window sits on that why bond goes off.

Hi guys im respraying my car, and im doing it in my father laws garage cause im so skint. Im doing an mot course and should have it all passed by the end of month so can earn some bloody money again. Anyhow I'll get to the point lol...I took my windscreen out for respray but I think I've cut to much out. Ive removed all the bond, and the bloody 2 plastic strips that hold the weather strips. does the new Window come with a foam/sponge on it cause this one had it and I think I shouldn't have cut it all out. Anyone taken it all out where can I go from here can I buy new strips etc. other then this the car is almost ready for paint and I'll put some pics up soon.

Spent to many times in the 300 world lol... I know what I've done, so tomorrow I'll prove myself right. the air is at the top of the calipers and bloody bleed nipple is at the bottom. Its weird how u go blind, I know its ment to be at the top and been pumping fluid out it all day and didnt even dpring to mind its at the bottom.

God I think I've solved my problem, standing there and staring at rear calipers and I think there on the wrong sides lol... surely bleed nipple should be at the top, its on the bloody bottom and the air is gonna be at the top of caliper. why me lol... I hope im right and have solved my bloody problem. anyone got a pic of the rear caliper on the car, I aint gonna sleep now thinking about it.
