  1. Read a book years ago about Nostradamus, what he had to say about Hitler was amazing seeing as it was at the time, 400 years in the future, I think he also said London would burn down in the year 1666 and a loads of other things I have forgotten about, I remember at the time of reading it was hard to believe he could have been so right and so close in details.
  2. Nostradamus described the years 2005 - 2012 as the Time of Troubles.

I would only ever recommend using a genuine Nissan oil filter, saw a pattern filtern explode once, makes a mess of the engine.
  6. On factory settings I think your tt injectors will be pushing too much fuel through, that could be the problem among a few hundred other things im afraid to say.

Yeah hold on, no one said anything about brains, I've not seen mine in years, never gonna find it in time to take it out.
  8. I paid £100 for a pair of calipers 2 years ago, if thats any giude to what they are worth.
  9. Must admit I always believed the heavier UK spec calipers were the better ones as there was problems with alloy calipers warping.
  10. If you had the battery off for a bit, I know Yas has been doing a bit of work so you may done as well, then you reset the ECU, mine always runs a bit high for a while after its been reset, soon settles down once you have done a couple of runs and its learnt a bit. I would explain it better but gotta go out, that the basics tho.
  11. Have you had the battery off ?
  12. Its mainly kids that come out with things like "coor nice motor" or "nice car mate" to me, but did once have a bloke ask me if it was a Ferrari
  13. I guess being a plumber, all those years of sticking your hand down someones toilet has got to mess with your head a bit.
  14. Happy post day Neil, this place would be so "different" without you.

It must a good curry house out there if your gonna buy an NA just to come along ... :D :D
  16. For an import the number is 068 for a battery, if he doesnt know what you mean when you say can I have an 068 type battery please then ask for someone else to serve you, they are all numbered and 90% use the same part numbers, if they dont they can cross reference it to their particular brand.
  17. I cant find the link anymore but there was a test done covering all the top makers of induction kits for the Zed, in basic it said the Apexi had the best filtration, Blitz the most noise and both about the same in BHP gains. I must admit I have not had any problems in the wet with my Blitz induction, I have the splash guard still fitted and a Stillen vented nose panel.
  18. If its noise you are intersted in I think the the Blitz SUS gives the best sound.
  19. Theres one in Bristol, if not they do online orders or you could try ebay.

If anyone that is a fair distance away wants, we did say about a cheap hotel near Santa Pod in the previous thread, we could meet up the night before for a drink and a curry so theres no early morning drive there its up to you guys.
  21. That poor bike, I have a good mind to report you to the RSPCM
  22. I would take some no where near Bristol tho
  23. Best bit is when I see one of the matching leathers brigade wobbling about along a nice twisty bit of road, oh the shame of a little 600 passing you on your thou :D :D
  24. I think its because its fashionable, I see it with a lot of bikers as well, they have to go out and buy the latest thou with matching leathers and helmet because its what everyone else does, they dont buy the bike that suits what they want it for.
