If you read the thread yampie has put up then you might want to go back for a good long look at it, just dont want to see you get stung mate, it also mentions the warranty, dont think I have ever seen a used car warranty that was worth the paper its written on.

No point worrying about it mate, go back and see if anyone on here is local and could go with you, just go over it as best you can and take it for a long drive, yes they have a bad reputation, doesnt mean every car they sell is a pup, but you need to be careful, this early in the deal you can get your money back if anything is wrong.

If it was world of cars then definately go back and take it out to make sure it actually moves, and for more than a mile as well.

They should have put trade plates on so you can drive it, I would go back and ask to take it out mate, also try doing a search on here for premier cars.

7 to 7.5 seems average, having 300 bhp is not a problem, its all down to how hard you push the pedal down. You need to drive both, get an idea of how the power feels, I am more than happy with the NA for on the road, looks as good as a TT and sounds better.

Here is my opinion for what its worth. how many track days or 1/4 mile runs do you intend to do? how many people on here that own TTs can honestly say that they can use the extra power they have on the road and stay safe / reasonably within the law? but, if you are after outright power then it has to be the TT.

I believe its a bright green one, under the kick panel below the fuses, maybe you knocked it while your were in there.

The relay to the fuel pump is in there, maybe you knocked that one, hence it turned over and ran for a little while althought lumpy then nothing??? just a guess

You bunch of girls, we used to have this and worse on 24 hours a day in the mess hut at work, if you couldnt handle eating your sarnies while watching it you werent a real docker.

I find sheep never say no, are a cheap date with guarenteed success. The cuffs had the be modified to fit but well worth the hassle ;) . As for internet dating, never tried it myself.

RAC have always been very helpful and have offered to take my car over 200 miles to Zedtech when I was only 2 miles from home on the back of a transporter for no extra charge.

And Andy soldered mine for me, nice to know its in safe hands being done by someone that knows what hes doing.

There is a lot of difference in prices for the soldering work, a local company wanted to charge me about £70, if you shop about someone will do it for a drink but I doubt Danny will be shopping around for a cash in hand price. Like he said it is so much easier and quicker to get it done yourself sending it off has got to be a last resort. Just my opinion, and I can vouch for the chip being top quality, mine goes lovely with it. ;)
