Craig when it comes to cars you are a nightmare but here is how I see it. If you are thinking about spending £10k plus on a car, the price of the road tax should not be worrying you!! what will you do when it comes to the expensive servicing or a hefty repair bill? Buying something on finance that is only ever go to depreciate is a big no no, you will end up paying £15k for a car you will sell for £5 in a few years. And now for the biggy ... This is a 300zx forum and if you really want a car with style buy Nafs, I know it may have a problem but if you go about it correctly you wont regret it and have a well respected car from the forum !!

I remember reading about this a couple of years ago, I guess its been going through the courts in all this time ... back then the one thing people kept saying was this could mean the end of free banking for those that keep in credit, annual charges for having a current account seemed the most talked about. I agree they have to be charged but it needs to be a sensible amount, I think some of the charges I read about were over the top like a letter telling you your overdrawn that cost you £20 ....

I have owned both and prefer the Merc, the kompressor engine was fairly lively and I never had any reliabilty problems although you could tell the build quality was not as good as it use to be it. The mini was actually my wifes but I did drive it a few times, the suspension was too hard for my liking on an everyday car and there was no boot, just a little glovebox behind the rear seat !!

If you have a jap spec set of clocks reading in MPH I would guess the converter is playing up causing heavy steering and clocks not working.

I always thought something had to be into your garden by a certain distance before your allowed to touch it, if you want to stay stress free ignore him and the problem, if you really want to do something about either stay legal which will probably end up costing you money or get into a slanging match / fight, the last option usually makes you feel better for a short while but the problem a lot worse.

Its easily tested at any tyre and exhaust or motor facotrs but from what you have said yes it sounds like the battery.

I would have thought they mopped the car to remove them last time, depending on the paints thickness that could be done again but you obviously have an underlying problem for it to return again, either moisture in the paint or a reaction between paint layers?

I am sure someone here breaking one will have one, TT or NA will fit, and if your lucky thats whats grumbling as wel .

Had an aftermarket rear spoiler, could not see much else but you were filling up in the service station mine was parked just out of sight next to the Little Chef.

On the same day you have a thread running listing parts from your car being broken and a thread asking for info on getting it repaired !! you really really, and I say it again really as it has been said before !! need to decide what you are doing and stick to it !! The car should be renamed Christine and do the world a favour, scrap it.

Also a sign of heater matrix leaking, although it would normally do it all the time once leaking, not once off.
