Isobel, 40 years old, 38-25-35, retired city banker whose hobbies include horseriding and spending money. She got all dressed up Saturday evening to take a few shots with the Zed especially for this competition, unfortunately the heavens opened up just as we were about to leave, I did take a couple of test shots though so here is an idea of what was going to be entered, should we get time we will go out in the Zed and take something specifically for the competition.

Miss SuffolkZX is up for this, if we get some good weather we will try a little photoshoot with the Zed for entry.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, another year passed and another year poorer owning a Zed, will be taking her out on the roads today so wave if you see me (unlikely as I can count on one hand the amount of Zeds I have passed in the last 10 years !)

I am another one that tried the tablets, worked very effectively for me and I had tried all other routes in the past with no luck (hypnosis, patches, cold turkey) I also suffered the vivid worrying dreams side effect that they warn you of which was not nice but worth it, as said though you do have to want to give up, many think they do but secretly are just looking for an excuse to start again. Good luck, the money you will save and the difference you will feel, even no longer smelling of them makes it so worth it.

The Nissan dealership in Ipswich has always been 100% helpful with me, correct parts everytime and I have had them order in some very obscure parts in the past that I did not even know what the correct name for but they managed to sort it by me saying I want the plastic bit that goes under here.

I will give it a couple of days to see if anyone else wants one if thats ok then send them out.

If anyone wants the correct Wix oil filter I can get them for around £4, they are in stock at my local motor factor and come with the correct sump plug washer. I am more than happy to go and buy a few and send them out.

The only one I can recommend is the one in Ipswich that did my Zed.

I lost interest in F1 a few years ago now, I use to follow it like a true fanatic for years, going to races when possible and on tv when not, that was in the years of Prost Senna and Mansell. It just all became so predictable and uneventful I stopped and have not seen a full race in a good few years now. With the new rules I will watch the first one and see if things really have changed but right now I am not convinced. If you want to see real action packed racing with characters that make the sport then watch MotoGP in my opinion.
