  2. yep 210 does seem a little high. i fitted the same gauge and it usually gets up to about 175. mind u its moves between 140 and 175 without the stock gauge moving at all!! also when fitting i did have to run an extra earth wire from the sender body cos it wasn't reading at all. hth nick

  14. i'm finally about to fit the autobox cooler i got from the group buy a couple of months ago. does anyone know the correct length of hose i need to get. have dun a quick search but cant find it. just being lazy really, should just get down there and look. :) cheers nick
  15. yep the chaps name is martin. got a workshop in Horsham. i can highly recommend him. just about on the way now(by train :eek: )to collect my Z. very knowledgeable, loves z's (owns one) and very reasonable prices too. only problem is he's moving to lincoln next week, but i believe he's still going to commute down. mobile no.   18. This one's on a celica m8 so there's only one. just changed the sensor which seems to be reading correctly wiv a volt meter. am just about to take it for a retest so fingers crossed. thanx again for all the help and advice folks. cheerz nick

  23. do u think its worth trying to get an o2 sensor from a breakers(tight git eh?) i should imagine import & uk would be the same as long as wires match or should i just bite the bullet and get a new one, if i can. nick

  25. ok just done this and got a reading when warm & running of 850 - 970 mv is this good or bad.(o2 sensor - lambda sensor same thing ??? god i'm thick :( ) have taken off k&n induction kit and put original assembly back. Bugger didn't think of testing sensor with k&n on to see difference - doh!! car needs a service so i think i'll do an oil change, chuck loads of injecter cleaner in fuel, go for a blast and take it for an emissions test somewhere else b4 going back to mot centre.
