AC Group Buy Water Temp Gauge Query
yep 210 does seem a little high. i fitted the same gauge and it usually gets up to about 175. mind u its moves between 140 and 175 without the stock gauge moving at all!! also when fitting i did have to run an extra earth wire from the sender body cos it wasn't reading at all. hth nick

Mot emissions failure HELP!!
do u think its worth trying to get an o2 sensor from a breakers(tight git eh?) i should imagine import & uk would be the same as long as wires match or should i just bite the bullet and get a new one, if i can. nick

Mot emissions failure HELP!!
ok just done this and got a reading when warm & running of 850 - 970 mv is this good or bad.(o2 sensor - lambda sensor same thing ??? god i'm thick :( ) have taken off k&n induction kit and put original assembly back. Bugger didn't think of testing sensor with k&n on to see difference - doh!! car needs a service so i think i'll do an oil change, chuck loads of injecter cleaner in fuel, go for a blast and take it for an emissions test somewhere else b4 going back to mot centre.
