Must have missed the tw@t by a few mm. The kids were in the car and it's not even mine FFS. Trashed the front of the Focus on a badger last week and almost totalled the garage's 55 plate Fiesta today - LOL!

You can also get wireless miniature cameras which could be fitted inside the car but transmit a 2.4Ghz signal to a receiver in the house. Some of these are tiny and use a watch battery.

You did the right thing because a woman who I work with went back to Germany for Christmas. She parked her VW(registered in Germany) car by John Lennon airport only to find it gone when she came back. Apparently some private company working on behalf of the DVLA took it and because it came back as having no insurance (which it would because it was registered in another country FFS) they took it away. When she eventually found out which pr1cks had taken it, she went to the yard only to find the cylinder head missing and all the glass gone. They of course denied all knowledge. The government think they're clever allowing 3rd parties access to PNC data to "clamp down" on petty parking violations but it is now WIDE open to abuse so be careful. This happened to someone on here too but his car "got crushed" before he could collect it (allegedly :rolleyes: ). Once it goes to a yard, your dealing with a bunch of crooks but if you're certain they won't tow it away then the grinder is the best option, followed by returning the clamp via their windscreen :xxx:
