Fairly Regular, although not for a while now as I've been working away a lot, so need to chase them up! Normally they give you appointments every 8- 12 weeks if i recall, as they prefer to allow you time to re-build what you've given, so so only around 4 or 5 times a year. I normally donate Saturday Mornings and opt for the early slots so I'm in and out in an hour or so. Everyone who is healthy should do it, you never know when you might need it yourself and is a really easy way to give something back

As Noz suggests, I would also suggest a wiring breakdown somewhere. It'll be either the injector pulse connector (had a similar issue on my LWB on Wed with it having green oxidisation on one pin)...or one of the coil pack connections rather than a physical coil pack. My advice would be pull each connector (injector and coil pack) and give them a clean/Scratch with a precision driver and spray with Electrical contact cleaner... Following this I'd say to get it on a Conzult and set the TPS, Idle screw and CAS up against the timing (you can also look at the drop test a few times to compare cylinders)..

Kaned if you joined i could PM you! - I'm not sure if i'm ready to sell, but thinking of getting rid of my 93, (K plate) Grey TT SWB Slicktop. It's got 77k on the clock, but most of that is kms. Just converted to Manual 2 weeks ago, but has Leather (drivers seat only) cruise and is an unabused example that i was going to keep for a few years as an investment. Basically, I've just bought a lovely series 1 Slicktop Auto in Silver that i'm thinking of converting too, and have a UK TT LWB and despite loving the gunmetal colour (everyone on here slates them!) the new one is silver and has really swayed me... If you want to tempt me with the right money, i'd say you'd be better buying one that hasn't been messed around with and do stuff yourself. No.12 black box....Jeff removed the same from my SWB a couple of weeks ago when converting to Manual. He informed me that Jap cars had parking sensors on the front bumper and a small ariel used to protrude from the front bumper when a small switch behind the gear leaver/Mirror switch was pressed. I assume you have the same button inside the car and are wondering what that was for (unless that's been swapped out)....will post a pic of the switch later, but my bumper has been swapped it seems...

As you can see gents another few weeks (months?!) have rolled by and i'm only looking at this thread as i've been busy!...Little one and working away have taken their toll and i don't get the 10 minute skives to log on at work like i used to! I meant a reminder in the forum mailbox while subscribed as has also been suggested (maybe a month out, with a weekly countdown) as has also been suggested- Granted i don't have to renew each year and subscribe, but would have, had i been nagged a little bit more loudly ;-) and the club would have had my money earlier for the good of all! ..I'm happy to pay my way, but was just an oversight on my part due to lack of time and not logging onto the forum and i can't be the only one out there with too many life projects as well as Z's!

In all honesty I've always let mine lapse and stumped up 2/3 weeks into the new month to have the money in my account ;-) If stopped i'd play on the fact that you can't take a payment holiday anymore (Not like i used to at 17/18 and miss a month ;-P ) and it's all online now and you just forgot - it does happen. It's a civil offence against the crown anyway, not a criminal one, not like not having an MOT because it invalidates your insurance... Drive it. you've been as law abiding as possible, and many people go on holiday, come back to no tax, and do the same...

Guys, Conzult shows its restricted via the ECU to 120. Is there any way of lifting this via the Conzult or some re-set jiggery pokery or do i need to chip it? Before all the jibes start, the next step is Manual Conversion as my main Z (of 10 years this year!) is a UK TT manual, so i know the best route/options, but wondering if i can do anything on the ECU myself? If not whats the best route/supplier for a chip and/or piggy back for uprated one? Any help much appreciated. TubZ
