  3. 326mm? thats massive mate.
  4. I was thinking of putting the abs on a switch, maybe wiring in a switch from the live wire on the abs ecu, would that work? Would be good to be able to turn it on/off when you want.
  5. ABS still wont work effectively though so best to dump it.
  6. Yep i hate an idling engine bbbrrrrrrrrr you need to warm the engine up a fast as possible i dont mean by thrashing it just by normal driving. The quicker it warms up the less wear.
  7. which filler cap? water or oil?
  8. Depedning on what power your planning the rps max is good for i think 500fwhp It will have a heavier feel than stock but this is the only downfall and i think its well worth it. If you prefer something a little less heavy then buy the rps street for a stock clutch feel but it will only see you past i think 400fwhp, Someone can correct me on that one!!! Kit comes with release bearing pressure plate and friction plate. Change the pilot bush aswell and either match the clutch with a good flywheel or have the stock rebalanced and skimmed. While the box is out you should also change and uprate the pivot ball i think off the top of my head danny does them for around £25-£30. What else....... Definatley change the rear main seal and the gearbox rear seal too. An oil change would be a good idea if it hasnt been done recently and replace once the box is in, dont make the same mistake i made which left me covered in expensive GB oil as it pissed out all over me while i was fitting it :D lol To aid bleeding Buy a braided clutch line which connects straight from the master to the slave. Which clutch you buy wont affect bleeding in any way althought a heavier clutch will put i think more pressure on the hydraulics so your slave and master should be in good condition if there are any leaks change if nessesary. Remember to adjust the pedal once the clutch is bled so that it bites in the desired position, i think about 1 inch from the floor before it begins to bite is reccomended but this i think will change once the clutch has worn in a bit, so re adjust accordingly. Thats about it i think. Sorry for all the bad spelling.
  9. Just do a relocation to the top of the plenum, theres a handy thread somewhere on how and where to fit it. Obvioiusly the stock location is far better buts its better than F-all and much less head ache.
