^^ yep, the volume control on any headphones can only reduce the volume coming into them from the player. Unless you get wireless ones which are active, but these would be large over ear types as they have small amplifiers built into them and also require their own batteries. To be honest I'd be surprised if a better quality pair would solve the problem. What you need is a more sensitive pair, which you don't necessarily get by spending more. However you should buy some decent ones anyway as they sound better and you might not need it so loud!

Couldn't agree more. I have to admit that the reason I bought a Zed was 99% because of the way it looks, that fact that it's also rather fast I consider a bonus! I do consider it only slightly below the likes of ferraris etc when it comes to looks, which is why I really hate it when people abuse them by putting bodykits and pram handles on them, you don't see people doing that to their Ferrari or Lambo.

I'd have said that high level spoilers are far more common than 99 spec! And anyway, I don't really see why people want so much to be different, it's not like you see hundreds of Zeds on the road everyday, you're going to look pretty different even driving a bog standard Zed.

Darren, sorry completely off topic, but what are those wheels on your car? I rather like them, quite unusual looking.

good stuff, we do Denon in our shop so I know that one well. I'm big into Naim Audio gear myself, it's addictive, serious competition at the moment between that and the Zed!

cool, hope it works well :) What home cinema kit have you got? I'm a big stereo person myself, but am still in to the home cinema side to some extent.

What do you call cheap? I personally don't think the really cheap, all-in-a-box systems are worth bothering with, as you'd achieve far better overall sound just getting a simple stereo system. I work for a shop that sells surround sound systems, but what people class as cheap varies hugely!

Looking down the side of this one, I think it makes the front look silly, looks really narrow, just completely unbalanced. All my opinion though:)

I'm not a fan of wide arches. Apart from the fact that I think the Z32 is pretty much perfect straight out of the tin, I always think the wide rears make the front look too skiny. Wouldn't be so bad if you could do something to the front aswell to balance it up. At very least you need the front wheels pushed out as far as they possibly can, otherwise they can look a bit like a trike.
