Sad news for this zed
You worry me with thread titles like that Jeff when I've not long dropped my car off with you!

2010 NW Dyno Day - Register interest!
I'm potentially interested, obviously date and car permitting

New topless Nissan
makes it look like an S2000, I prefer the original. I don't like the look of the convertable, the rear roof and window line I think is what makes the normal 370z look so good, and that all gets chopped off!

Classic insurance
I've just recently gone with Performance Direct, they're the only people I could find that would do a classic policy with the car on the drive (not garaged), and also would allow modifications. I'm paying less than a third this year of what I paid last year!

Greater powers at work here ...
You got any jobs going?! We normally get let out about 4 on Christmas eve (very generous!), but due to not having done well this year (surprise surprise, being a luxury goods retailer in a depression) we had to stay till 5:30 today, dispite the fact that there were no customers to be seen anywhere. I very nearly told the boss on the way out to listen tonight for the bell to stike one!

New ZX

classic car insurance without being garaged
Thanks z31youngr300zx, yes that was the one, I remembered it was three letters and had a K in it! I will get a quote from them. Thanks for that.

classic car insurance without being garaged
someone mentioned a company that does this the other day, but I can't find the post anymore (I think it may have been in tigerpoeton's thread that has been deleted). Anyone know who, if anyone, does it? Thanks, Phill

Are people driving slower......?
I like to drive at a speed that requires me to have think about it, otherwise I find myself falling asleep! I seriously think I'm more dangerous in a line of slow traffic as I lose concentration. You have to push it just a little bit to make it fun. The trick is finding roads where you can do it and remain within the speed limit, which are rapidly disappearing with ridiculessly low new limits being put everywhere.

Anyones from here?
I thought it sounded like a tractor, and was it me or did it seem a bit sluggish?

Xmas meet
I should be able to come in the afternoon :)

TOP GEAR Returns
Afraid I'm another retard then! I think Top Gear is completely stupid... just in a way that I find highly entertaining:wack:

Hi
nice to see the Zed amongst it's own class :D
-
my ongoing ice install
Is that modelled on the evil sarlacc?

UK spec standard wheels - offset please
I'm interested in this - I've got UK stock wheels, the rears I think fit nicely interms of lining up with the body work, but the fronts look too recessed (yes I know it's because they're narrower). So I was wondering what size spacers I would need to make them line up nicely like the rears.

Thanks to Jeff and the crew at ZEDWORLD !!
is that serious, or has your humour turned very dry?

Rear lights

Rear lights
I think one of the problems with round lights is that they are too small for the size of the Zed's rear end. Obviously the size you can get is limited by the height of the strip they fit into. If you look at the round lights on a skyline, they're much bigger, so look OK.

Another interesting 300zx vs supra
and now you may leave. ;) seriously, I don't really care which is faster/better, I bought a Zed cos they look so good!

Stone chips in paintwork!!!
I can imagine that working well on the odd larger chip, but if it's anything like mine it's abit like looking at the stars, there's a few big obvious ones but more you look the more there are, getting finer and finer. It would take weeks to do them all! I think a blow over of the front end is the only real option. Although I could imagine a black T-cut or equivalent as chinna says could be worth a go.

Newbie considering a z32
Anywhere between 200 and 400 miles in my TT. Costs me about £60-65 to fill.
