  1. Nice one Jim - and a great choice of colour too mate!! Richard:cool3:
  2. Many happy returns mate! Richard:cool3:
  3. Great pics there Allan..... ......he's deffo a chip off the old block mate!! Especially the first one - he's the image of you - and in number 3, he looks like he has mastered that "lift stella to mouth" movement!!! Richard:thumbup:
  4. Hi mate, this is one for Jaikai or Kim.... I'll pop your request over in the committee room and one of them will sort it for you. Richard:yes:
  5. LOL - that's something pretty much every school kid nowadays cannot do.....
  6. Thanks Ciaran...! Richard:thumbup1:
  7. LOL - I can just imagine that mate..... ....as for the car, I've never seen nor heard of one of those. But from that angle, it looks like a Ferrari has mated with a Lambo Diablo and that is it's lovechild!!! Richard:wink:
  8. LOL - not at all matey!! Richard:winkiss:
  9. Nice one Sandy - that is a lovely example (I saw it at Jeffs a year or so back) so I hope that will encourage you to hang on to it mate!! Richard:thumbup1:
  10. Another great piece of advice from Jeff there..... ......thanks for that mate; have some forum rep!! Richard:cool3:
  11. Heh heh - cheers mate!! Actually I do have a mind for useless trivia - so apart from the "statstic" questions (which were pure guesswork) I did know a lot of the answers.....:online2long:
  12. Yup - ditto to that mate!! I'm pleased you have your ZX back too Steve; I also saw it at the Zedworld bash and was impressed at the amount of work that went into it. Now enjoy mate!! Richard:thumbup:
  13. Woohoo..... .....18/24 - 75%.... I am British!!! Richard:smartass:
  14. Thanks matey.....:thumbup1: You can adjust both - the ride height can be reset higher or lower by fiddling with the locking rings (although I'm not going to play with that myself) and each strut has a "soft to hard" dial; so you can adjust the ride quality to suit! The MeisterRs are a superb upgrade, and with Jerrick's special offer of £100 off they were good value also! Richard:rockon:
  15. I've just taken a couple of pics..... Richard:scooter:
  16. Saturday 17th is best - as Sunday is Mother's Day so the pub will be busy (or we'll all be off to see our mums....) - and deffo post it on the Zclub site too! Richard:rockon:
  17. I couldn't believe it..... ....we walked down to the pub for Sunday lunch (hmmmmmm, roast pork) and it was just drizzling lightly. But when we left 20 minutes ago, it was snowing like crazy - and still is!!! It's settling on the grass and the cars, but the roads are fine! Anyone else got snow this afternoon? Richard:confused1:
  18. Many happy returns Mick - have a great day mate!! Richard:happybday:
  19. That's fine with me - we've gotta start sometime, even if just a few of us show up at first....!! Richard:thumbup:
  20. You're welcome mate - I need to get mine working as well.....!! I occasionally had the clock go off for the odd half hour, then return to life, but it hasn't shown life for a few days now. Richard:chris:
  21. Hah hah - have some rep for that one Mr Burns.......:shaun:
  22. That could well be your problem mate. The steering wheel hub houses sensors for the HICAS; hence it must always be bob on the straight - always important when having the wheel allignment done! Get a full PROPER 4-wheel allignment done on the car - it will make a hell of a difference - although if your HICAS joints are worn, have them replaced too (it's an MOT failure)! Also light steering could be a symptom of speed sensor failure too; IE the car thinks you are travelling slower than you really are so lightens the power assistance..... Richard:cool3:
  23. I believe some people have done this conversion - although I think you need to make a few minor modifications to get it to fit! Richard:flowers:
  24. Cheers Joel - and your's is a might fine looking Z also mate!! I just leave mine taxed all year as I can't resist the urge to take it out on a sunny Sunday; even in winter.... ......plus there's no better way to travel to Cornwall for our New Year pilgrimage!! Richard:yes:
  25. Sadly not mate - but I'm sure someone could find a wiring diagram..... .....although I doubt it would do the clock any harm if you wired it the wrong way, as it probably just would not work. Plus if it's gone bad anyway (as many do) then you're not losing anything!! On a similar subject, AndyP is a dab hand at reparing broken clocks, why not drop him an e-mail? He's the club treasurer so has a forum address like the rest of us committee/mods - andyp@300zx.co.uk Richard:yes:
