  1. LOL - yes, yes they do Si..... Funnily enough so to do Hondas of the same age....
  2. LOL - that's what I was thinking too..... Nice paint job on the boot lid though....
  3. LOL - very funny..... .....And not what I expected...
  4. Sorry to hear that Gary - RIP Rosie:sad:
  5. Glad you enjoyed your day Graham - and some good pics taken there!!! And don't feel too miffed about the price - could the prices you quoted above have been for additional laps once you are already there and have paid the £200 for your initial session....? Richard:cool:
  6. I know what you mean Neil - there is a characteristic 300zx smell; and even with a decent air freshener, you can still catch a trace of it when you first open the doors. As said above, it's not unpleasant at all though....... ......But to be fair, loads of cars have a characteristic smell which is specific to their marque. EG all Porsche 928s smell the same as each other - as do old Jags... Richard:flowers:
  7. Yup - I'm with everyone else too..... .....Thanks for sharing and glad you, your girlfriend and the ZX had a great time - and the car does look good in the pics as well...!! Richard:thumbup:
  8. Get to Jeff's Neil - he will do it while you wait and, as Jeff has done thousands of cambelts, he's got it down to a fine art; so it takes him about 1/2 a day!! Plus you know that Jeff will only use a genuine Nissan belt - and he will set everything up properly on the ConZult afterwards. It's worth the drive to Zedworld - and Jeff will charge you a lot less than a non-specialist garage; someone else would probably base their labour on Nissan's recommended job time.....!! Richard:thumbup:
  9. That does look pretty good....
  10. Exactly - no point not having it for the little extra it will cost to be able to answer your phone hands free on the move..... That does look very nice Mark.....!! Richard:cool:
  11. It probably is to do with the earthing mate - don't forget that it's the earth connection that is responsible for switching from dipped to main beam. Hence if you have HIDs and simply earth the HID wire, the dipped lights stay on when you switch to main (and still flash with mains when you operate the headlamp flash). Richard:clover:
  12. Nice one Graham - I hope you enjoy it mate!!! And be careful on the mainland.......:shifty: Richard:thumbup:
  13. Looking good mate - they are a nice choice of wheel for the Z32..... Richard:cool:
  14. Many happy returns Daniel!! Richard:happybday:
  15. And who can forget..... Richard:cool3:
  16. Good call Gaz - they are both missed. I always liked Thin Lizzy - and still remained a fan of Gary Moore after he went solo..... So I'll add this one... Richard:cool2:
  17. LOL - I am just imagining that..... But I also have to agree, that is very clever Rich....
  18. I'm inclined to agree also..... .....We all upgrade our headlights to HIDs so we can actually see in the dark, so I'd certainly not tint the lenses as anything which inhibits light being emitted is not a good idea:wink:
  19. LOL - I remember that one....
  20. Agreed - and now that we have you on board as an REO for the NW, it will be good to have your involvement in the plans for the celebration!! Thanks for your support in stepping up to the plate Rich!! Oops - now done; along with adding you and Ian to the list:wink: Richard:cool:
  21. Exactly Steve - Ian and Richard organise a lot of events and the NW is certainly one of the most active areas for Zedding at the minute. I just know the guys will do a great job - especially if Shugborough was anything to go by!! Good luck fellas - if you need any assistance please contact either Vodkashots or one of the committee. We're always willing to help!! Richard:cool:
  22. Hi North West members! I'd like to announce the appointment of a new 2 joint Regional Events Organizers for your area. Quavey and Turb0z have stepped down owing to other committments; so it is with pleasure that Vodkashots and I introduce Iangreenfield (Ian) and dicky96 (Richard) as the new REOs with immediate effect. On behalf of The Committee, I'd like to thank Chris and Pete for all their efforts to date; and congratulate Ian and Richard on their new roles within the club. Richard Smith Club secretary For The Committee
  23. Hi Chris, Off topic, I have just dropped you an e-mail. Once Simon has replied, please let a mod know and we can remove your e-mail addy from public view if you like.....! Welcome back by the way:wink: Richard:cool:
  24. Glad you found the problem Graham - and good luck with the fix:wink:
  25. Not heard anything bad about them mate - and it's a bit different from the usual Focus/Astra/Golf, so nice not to follow the crowd I say... Good luck with your new car, Richard:thumbup:
