  1. And this one came on the radio whilst I was pootling along in the Zed, in the sunshine today......
  2. I thought I'd share this one - happy Friday..... ...How cool would it be, if you boarded this plane to find Bruce Dickinson was your pilot..... :punk:
  3. Damn shame there Tom..... .....But if you're free, why not pop along anyway? Hell, I might be without my Zed too - it has an overdue appointment for some body restoration works and could well be going in next Saturday. But I shall be there, with or without it....
  4. That's very stylish Andrew - why would he not fit one....:lol:
  5. Hi and welcome to the club..... Richard:cool:
  6. No no no no no no no!!! You need to trail the cabled across the dash - even nail in a few of those little white things, just to keep it tidy...
  7. PMSL - whilst that does look like your Zed, Joel, if you have installed that thing for real, then I am selling up and moving on....... ......There's no hope for anyone..... Abandon hope, all ye who visit this forum......:death:
  8. You should be up and running now Paul - I have even restored your colour coding for NEO privileges... Thanks for your support mate:wink:
  9. Nice one Howard - thanks for stepping up mate! And Steve, these things happen my friend.... You will be missed, but there will always be other events:cool:
  10. Great videos Ali.... Thanks for sharing mate!!!
  11. Yes indeed - I seem to recall The Funky One started a thread about this a while back... Sounds like an idea for one or two of our traders, if you ask me....
  12. Likewise Joel... Still, there's always Beaulieu ....
  13. Many happy returns Dean - have a great day mate!! Richard:happybday:
  14. And with that news, mind how you go out there folks!! Anyone of us could suffer a broken 'screen at the roadside - so now we have to contend with the added misfortune of not being able to get a same day replacement.....
  15. .....In just a week and a half.....
  16. How cool is that - it's one unique and individual addition to your car Andrew.......
  17. Yup - I agree entirely Joel.... .....My old Azevs would certainly have given issues....
  18. I was just going to say...... ....This!! I had 17 inch Azev As on my old red Zed; running 255/40/17 on the rear. However the rears did sit a noticeable distance further out than my current wheels do - so had I lowered that Zed, then they would definitely have fouled on the arches!!
  19. I tend to agree - they do have their uses, though........ ...And this is certainly when they prove a good idea... ...But since you're lucky enough to have a wife who could just pass as your daughter :wink: then you have 3 options.... 1. Don't put her on the insurance policy 2. Put her on the insurance, pay the price and relax with a smug grin on your face that you're married to a lady 20 years your junior 3. Fit the big-brother-box until your good lady reaches adulthood..... Or as a 4th option, re-evaluate your car choice. It's a possibility that your insurers have a history of paying out on claims involving Honda CRVs. Granted, it does seem a sensible car, but if a fair few CRVs have been in accidents, it could load the premium irrespective of your driving record.
  20. Yes..... .....And definitely YES....
  21. Still love those Azevs..... With your rim sizes mate, you'd still get a 265 on the rear - my Zed is slightly lowered on Meister-R coilovers and I run 235/40/18 fronts plus 265/35/18 rears; without issues!
  22. Hi Graham, Based on that, and that the rim widths are not staggered, best stick with as close to the original rolling diameters as best as possible. I'd go for 235/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear - they will complement each other as best as possible! Richard:cool:
  23. Patience, my friend..... .....When I pull the SD card from the camera, they will be posted.....
  24. Yesterday, I gave my Zed a good wash - and then today I took it for a nice trip down to the New Forest.... ....Ending up in Buckler's Hard T'was a good day out....
