  9. Okay bud well try this, because the moulds that were made for these concentrated on the outside surface being as per oem, the inside wasn't, so the back of them is not quite as per oem. sometimes what happens is when putting this screw in you tighten it just a tad too much, this then squeezes against the drain tube and thus causes it to overflow in heavy rain. Loosen the screw a few turns and wait for the drain tube to expand again and see how you get on. I bet it never happened before fitting the new trim ?? smithy
  10. Is your A-pillar trim screwed at the top of the trim to hold it in place ? smithy
  11. For the turbo version mark 1 and 2 the part No's don't match the Zeds. so would they fit? doubtful smithy

  20. Flys for both the N/A and TT tend to be the same price and the clutches are definately cheaper for the N/A than they are for the TT. If your struggling to find decent prices in the US for this, drop me a mail to smithy@manx.net and i'll arrange to drop ship to you from my suppliers over there ;) cheers smithy
  21. With the bumper your getting mate, stock ones won't fit, they seldom do on after market bumpers anyways. I should have some Alloy ones one made up for mine before your kit arrives and can do yer a pair if you like ? cheers smithy
  22. Nope fraid not! Back on the main page and click the "SEARCH" function, type in wheel offsett sizes, or something similar and you will have a mind of info relating to what fits and what doesn't ;) smithy
  23. Flippin eck mate you make it all sound so bad. "having to walk a round tamworth all day" Quite honestly when ever i go there, for 40 quid odd i stay overnight in a hotel/BB so as you make a short break outta it, no matter where yer car is, you have to fill time in! You clearly live a fair ole distance away from tamworth so clocked up miles, in many cases yes as already been pointed out a belt can now be stretched, doubtful all 3 of them, usually just the one, no biggie it happens sometimes. "I now have to travel all the way back again" Simply have a look yer self or pop into any local garge and 10 mins later job done. "I have found that I have needed to top up my coolant every day a little " Search this forum and you will see the number of threads on filling the coolant again after a refil, it's one of those PITA jobs on a Zed which never seems to always be filled a 100% 1st time round, as with ANY car after a coolant refil, check and add a little if required, just one thing, where are you taking the low level sign from and where are you re filling, rad cap, bleed screw or expansion bottle at the side of rad ?? Hopefully as you can see bud, alls not quite as it seems when looking ath the bigger picture. Next time yer up that way in the future, call in and ask Jeff if you can look round his many breakers for a better pod that your happy with. cheers smithy
  24. Totally agree with Legrath sounds as if there wasn't much life in em anyways, deffo wouldn't consider a chip to be a cause However as for the comment about being forwarned 1) he might have been 2) you walk into a garage and say make this quicker and modify it please Mr, surely common sense says on a car 15 yrs old, summits gotta break! smithy
  25. As Vijay says "assuming they were fine" apart from a little noise or even a wee bit of smoke theres no way of knowing when yer turbos will fail, if still stock it's best to say "anytime" having the car chipped has obviously upped the boost as it would allow and the extra horsepower you gained has shortend the life of another component, which is not unusual in the world of modifying. Why 10 weeks with no car though, is the garage mad busy or summit ? smithy
