Helped out with fitting some of these in the past and from memory if your fitting the bov's down in place of the re-circs you neeed a small piece of 1 1/2 (38mm) hose and a blank in the end, slip the hose on and tighten with hose band and then tighen hose band around the other end that has the blank in it (b+q or plumbers shop) the vacum hose should be around 4mm and you can run this from the bov right upto the side of the plenum. Are you bov's not new ones ?? as HKS do a specific kit for the Zed with all bits needed or you can fit them on stainless outer hard pipes in the engine bay which i have done for a few people and included silicone hose and vac lines etc. If yer can post a pic of what you do have, i can try to be a bit helpful for yer. cheers smithy

It averages around 20 1/4% on the total cost INCLUDING the shipping mate, so in your case approx 230 quid then additions of approx 47 quid and then any charges imposed by the delivery company if applicable, some do and some dont, that can be anywhere from 10-30 quid. cheers smithy

Last one of the season with crowds in excess of over 8,000 apparantly, held at Santapod October 10th (sunday) As this could be the last MAIN show until 2005 are we going guys as a club ? The Pentroof also has some kinda difusser underneath the front, fancied one of these meself sometime ago. Oh and importing is not cheap as Chris says, i sourced a full kit cos i wanted the front bumper only, cost me over 200 quid to get it released once it landed down south and that was supposed to come by air :( cheers smithy

That was well put Russ, i pretty much agree, i also try and take into consideration why someone would be abusive, have they been pushed into it through frustration or they themselves have been shown no respect with the pesron they are arguing with, cos generally these things only come out in the heat of the moment, i know i've done it sure we all have, the world becomes a sadder place though if you allow it to effect you in ANY way. cheers smithy

Not in the slightest angry mate at all, the same question was asked about 3 or 4 times on this thread, infact the thread was started because a thread that went missing and since it started there have been 3 or 4 mods posting on it ! so nothing more than just asking again and again mate. I really commend you as being the one that always give us the answers i really do, when others could have done it way before now and before it went of track. Hopefully the commitee will look at the points i sent them regarding forum issues and if approved ,disappearing threads will not cause a stink in the future. Stuart 3 people at the start of the thread before it went off track expressed an interest in knowing what happened, 1 person then asked and i then asked in the most polite manner possible, with hundreds of views of this thread and umpteen posts, cannot ANY mod who must know the answer just post it up please ? i fail to see why we must PM for an answer when it should all be out in the open, in particular the offending bit so the person concerned can refrain from doing it in the future and we all would then have a better understanding.
