  1. You can say that again!! Lol My missus hate's it when it does that while i am driving!! It hurts her head when she hits it against the door glass! She's alway moaning at me about it Lol :wack:
  2. Doe's the engine idle quite high by any chance?

  4. We'll all look after it for you!? Lol
  5. Found it Lol Jun 300zx Not a 4.08 or 3.69 diff though! Still a Original 5 speed box? :)
  6. Stock internals???? :wack: i always believed stock internals would only take 600 fwhp max  How did they manage that? :)
  7. The tyre footprint will still be the same whether they are wider or not. Depending on tyre/wheel profile and vehicle weight/load.
  8. They are not that expensive from Nissan.Plus most of the Z32 Mirror glasses are heated.
  9. They are 14mm Plugs Andy! :)
  10. Its Hammer Time!! Lol :wack:

  12. Certain Engine oils can cause problems with hydrolic tappets
  13. I rest my case then :duffer: :p
  14. Still looking Lol  Can't find a 1000bhp 300zx anywhere :wack: There must be some with this sort of power :smash: Has a bigger engine than the Skyline Lol
  15. This one was always good though 1000 bhp Skyline
  16. Take it to Nissan! They probably will think it is a Diesel!!? Lol
  17. Kickdown works in 3 and o/d but not 2 to 1. power switch does not seem to have any affect when switched on and power light comes on when you punch it! (Floor it) speed sensor would not affect stationary. I have also noticed lockup only engages in O/D and not 2nd and 3rd like it is supposed to so i have heard? i have checked auto ecu for dry joints/bad contacts but nothing  Could buy another Auto ecu but i think it will be a waste of money as they rarely fail and i would imagine it is more than likely an Internal Gearbox fault ie: valve/solenoid fault at a good guess! The Gearbox Diagnostic reads no error codes Either :wack:
  18. I rebuilt one on my previous 300zx with new clutch packs and a Brake band that controls 2nd and 4th gear(o/D) Would you believe an New brake band is only around £40 inc vat!!!??? Very common failier on these!! You always lose 2nd and O/D when this band wear's out  I always said if i ever had to drop one again i would never put and auto back in  :smash: :)
  19. Do they come with a new clutch? Lol
  20. Looks like i will have to drop the Damn thing out and beat it with a hammer!! Lol
  21. I am having one of those days with my Auto Lol  I am so close to really taking it all out and dumping it :wack: I keep getting this damn problem Pulling off at junctions ??(had this since Dec and still not sorted Lol) It doe's not pull in first gear if i have stopped briefly!! It always starts from 2nd unless i have been parked/sat for about 30 minutes and then it operates fine from first  It refuses to kick down from 2nd to first! 3rd to second is fine! so is o/d to 3rd! Changes are fine and happen when they should apart from the above occaisionaly. If i manually change it is fine! but it sort of beats the whole point of having an Auto??! it can be quite embarrassing when it sticks in 2nd gear after stopping at a junction then trying to pull out quick. TPS is fine and set correctly,Gearbox oil is changed when it should be and is fine in colour and smell, all gears manually change ok! aftermarket Oil cooler as well!! So in short no kick down from 2nd to 1st and trouble pulling away from a junction only second gear engauges (like using the hold Button) The only things i can think of myself is either the auto ecu is acting up or i have a sticking solenoid? Anyone any other idea's? or had this problem themselve's? :smash: :hurl: (I have thought about a Manual conversion Lol)
  22. NO Pics of me though!! I am too shy (or is it Ugly)!! Lol :D
  23. You mean a slight body movement created by the engine idling??
  24. You may find it easier to lock the pulley! Use a bar if you have no cam sprocket locking tool. Just be carefull. Then you will be able to remove the nut!
