Try this!! we used to use this in the Body Shop . Farecla G6 Rubbing Compound is what he meant ;) Although i would go for a Lighter Grade myself.Just avoid the Compound that contains Ammonia if you wish to use this method. I saw you at first speeding off as i pulled out from Pets at home in winchester road :slap: I was keen to see who the zed belonged to as i could not see the reg at first. I must have just missed the Yellow zed you saw earlier. It was good to see it was you! I was in my work car and the passenger window got put through two weeks ago in regents park road and they broke the regulator as well so i have replaced the glass but not replaced the regulator as yet, hence thats why i could not wind down the Passenger side front window :slap: The Zed is great i just have not used it for a while! I only like to take it out when its nice and sunny. :D Good to see your Zed is still looking nice and clean ;) . Hope to see you again soon. Andy

I was going to get my spare old block rebored too but its money as usual at the moment!! That time of year again :)

I have a spare bare block if you need it!!only suffered slight damage from colapsed bottom end but its is still reusable! may just need a cleanup and re honning. ;)

Did these when i had them off the old engine. Its probably the Variable idle control valve that needs a clean :headvswal I forgot to give a clean while the plenum was on the bench :nelson: ;)
