  1. Are you looking for standard size bearings? I was recommended ACL by Scholar engines which I have both main's and rod's?
  2. Thank you for your interest in my work, at the moment I have a large project on the go which is taking a lot of my time so I would not be able to make a batch until next year when I have more time. As there are more two people interested in the two I have I thought it would be better if they chose, so I have listed both on ebay ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223712843334 ), ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223712849902 ) I shall let people know when I able to make another batch in the new year. Note to Mod's I hope this is O.K. , if not please let my know.

  7. Well after refitting the springs on both sides ( thank goodness I found the Z1 motorsports instructions as for fitting the springs) I'm pleased how they have turned out. I replaced the 26x8mm bearing with 19x5mm, both have 10mm bore I can say that looking into the Z1 throttle bodies are new casting which are then machined with bearing seats moved out. 8. Here you go I have put the OEM throttle plate on top of the 56mm to show size Last two with out new 56mm throttle plate .....! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yes, OEM z32 throttle body to 56mm and moved the bearing out by 3mm each side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Well after a few weekend of make the parts I need to machine the throttle bodies, both are bored out to 56mm and now machining the throttle plate to mach each bore. Before boring the throttle bodies I checked the roundness and you could pass it as an egg shape....! So when cleaning your throttle bodies do not remove the black paint on the throttle plate or bore, I have all so made some new spring spacers. The Z1 58mm throttle body came from a 200sx with the part from 300zx excepted the throttle plate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. The back of the throttle bodies are flat with out any casting indents which I think these are there own castings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I've also found this which would help if your just cleaning the throttle bodies ect. https://www.z1motorsports.com/imageGallery/main.php/v/Shop-Pictures/album291/album297/ https://www.z1motorsports.com/imageGallery/main.php/v/Shop-Pictures/album291/album292/
  13. well after doing some CAD work, when taking the throttle bore out to 54mm which leave 0.35mm material left from bore to casting, boring it out to 56mm which possible using the oem seals, shafts, ect would need some extensive work and money to have a 56mm throttle body as it eats into the space of the bearing seat. I'm going to have a go at a 56mm throttle body as I've done the CAD work and when finished it should look like OEM from the out side and a 56mm throttle plate on the inside......! when have worked out if can post photo's I'll put some up.
