  1. Group buy on targa top gaskets?
  2. Who would want them on your car. YUCK!
  3. The crack noise is just the ice braking with teh flex of the car. It will only need a small fraction of movement for the ice to brake. It probably keeps doing it becuase as soon as the car moves back the ice re-freezes back again. I got the water problem too. I think its just air vapour. Cold air hold more water and when it touches the window it freezes. The reason it looks like there is more on the Z that others is it has more glass for the water to freeze on. I have dried my window a few times with a shammy leather. It has helped a lot but it keeps coming back, but no where near as bad as before. It is a problem. I am gonna keep my car running for a while with the heater on see if that clears it. Tell you what I find. Stuart
  4. Where do you get these gaskets from? And how much cos that is where my T-Tops are leaking. Not the rubber seals but its now coming through the T-Top. Stuart

  6. Can you just cut off the return pipe of the valve and block it off the other end so instead of recirculating it will dump to air.

Do you want it so both keyboards work at the same time or switch between them.. Most keyboards are USB now, and only a fw quid. It may be worth just getting 2 cheap USB keyboards. But I dont know if that will work Stuart Try here. Dont know if this is what you want. http://www.bigkeys.co.uk/bigkeys-accessories.asp?accessory=y
  12. Dont think I will bother. My knob is nice a firm anyway. Gear knob that it. Ooo Err! ;) Stuart
  13. What pisses me off is you get taxed on delivery. Why should we pay tax on a service that was done in the US. The vast majority of the delivery was done in the US, the transport to the airport and the flight was all done in the US. Also watch out that they tax you on the amount of $ in £. In other words, if the cost of every thing is $300, sometimes the post office will try to charge you £300 worth of tax. Make sure they convert it to £ first. Stuart
  14. Its the criminal is a victim because they have no money. The reason some one theives is because they have no money and for some reason they take pitty on that. The take pitty on people who take drugs who then steal to pay for them. In the end it's not their fault they stole. They have a bad drugs problem they need to keep up. BOLLOCKS! Do 35 in a 30 zone you get a £60 fine 3 points on your licence which will affect your insurance premium for 5 years. So basically 5 years later you are still paying for it. Break into some ones house by smashing a window, breaking a lock and take thousands of pounds of other peoples stuff, lots are irriplaciable, and you will get a way with a warning and they are back in someones elses house later that evening. I break into some ones house, and I will have the book thrown at me, because I have no habbit to feed. I dont really need to steal to live a nice life. No cos I have a job. I should know better and the only reason I was stealing was for the thrill. Pisses me off this country's justice system. Stuart
  15. Thats the price to pay for Auto's unfortunatly. Auto drivers say that manuals have to buy clutches every 60,000 miles or so, and when you have more power the stock clutch doesnt last. Autos unfortunatly the who box goes and costs thousands :( Sorry to hear it Chris. I think a manual conversion may be the cheapest. Stuart
  16. Hehehe CITROEN 2CV6 SPECIAL
  17. Not 1 insurance company has found my car via the number plate. Getting worried :S
  18. What quote did you get? I would be a little dubious about that. They are terrible for me. Make sure you got the Z32 and you have the Turbo model selected. Stuart
  19. The temp always reads high when you first start the car up. I just took my sister home and it read 4ºC when I left and 0º by the time I got back and it was only 5 min round trip. I think it would have gone down more if I carried on. Stuart
  20. I have found an Integra turbo which only produces 225(ish)bhp at 7psi. :S
  21. The thread is 1/8NPT. I have put an oil pressure gauge in. Put the sender unit on instead of the stock on, or buy a T-Piece. You can change it with the oil in, just put your finger over the hole when you take the old one off and then move it when you put the new one on. If you are quick enough you will only get a drop of two coming out. Then get a wire coming from the back of the sender unit, should be a tread on it, and feed it into the cabin. There is a hole at the back between the engine and the battery, I use that. Thread the wire to behind the centre console. Then for the light and power for the dial, get the light from the ash tray light and get the power from the cigarette lighter. They are close and ideal for your needs. I did all that then found the dial to be faulty. But I am with most of you, I dont like the idea of having hot oil and water going into the driving area. Some people say that mechanical is more accurate, which may have been true 10-15 years ago, but not now. Senders do go, but its only £10 for a new one. The springs in dial go too, but its £30-60 (What every you spent) for a new dial. Stuart
  22. Mine goes to - numbers
  23. No brake downs but I have needed. Radiator Recon £100 New Clutch, fitted and Skimmed flywheel £670 Torsion bushes £50 Roll Bar Bushes £20 Roll Bar Link arms £20 each (2 of them) And I need a new petrol tank becuase its leaking slightly. Stuart
  24. I dont know what to do. There is no engine noise, the exhaust makes a lovely low rumble at idle which sits at exactly the right level. Acceleration is strong and constent and the 6V sound gets better as I do. My traction Control is stopping my wheels from skidding on the ice as I pull off. This is highly unusuall. :D (It is for me actually ;)) I dont know what to do. This is so unusual (apparently) for a Z ;) Any help or suggestions. Stuart
  25. Most people post in the help and advice, where people will only post if they have a problem. No-one is gonna post "Help my cars running great" now are they. ;) Stuart
